  SCAMMERs !!!! ONCE YOU LEAVE AND INFORM THEM YOU ARE LEAVING THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU !!!! I called them over 5 times already and they refuse to listen they continue to charge me even though I no longer have my things there and I informed them. Now I am looking to sue them for this they will not stop charging you they are running a scam

  Your representative at the Perth Amboy, NJ office was Jessica and I could not ask for better service than was delivered . Documentation was efficient, complete and quick. Entry key codes to your facility and subsequent entry to the rental unit again was simply explained and quick. Thank you for a fine service. Bo

  The 4 stars are because I tried to move yesterday and found that my unit was locked. I did receive an email with the combination, but I did not pay attention. Today, when I called Customer Service, all was explained, and I obtained the information. For the most part, my first interaction with Nicole was very good. She explained everything in detail. So far so good.
