  I haven't purchased Anything yet.. but I must say the customer service is excellent!! Jose was extremely helpful kind and answered all my questions and their delivery fee is very palatable! The young ladies working there were very kind and helpful...hope to get my stackable washer soon but wanted to take the time to post this as Jose took the time to provide me with EXCELLENT customer service!!

  They are professional until they need to complete their job. I purchased a refrigerator from them, the delivery person was suppose to return to connect to water line to my frig, he sent a spanish speaking person ( no problem with that because he understood english too)who spent at least 30 mins looking around before he told me he needed to come back the next day, the next day i called the store confirming if the guy was returning to connect my ice/ water machine...the lady that gladly took my money asked me not to call asking about that guy because she would get in trouble....the guy shows up, stands in the middle of my kitchen...now completely speaking spanish saying ...he cant do it. I am now forced to call someone else. Poor !!!
