The gate hours are 6am - 10pm but on random days you won’t be able to get into the gate. This happened yesterday and again today, It’s 7pm and the gate won’t open nor is anyone available to help when I call the emergency gate line. Very inconvenient and I’m very disappointed.

Gate does not open after work hours this is the 3rd day in the row you call the number and nothing works and as a man who gets off at 7 this is really inconvenient thought my wife gave me the wrong code but it’s not that

Kim is amazing really Patient and nice she make sure I had the perfect unit to my liking definitely made my experience amazing the gates are already non working and really frustrating after hours after coming there with a packed car at night and they won’t open at 7:00pm
