First the good. The staff have always answered the phone during business hours, been very professional, friendly & helpful. The facility is well maintained with easy remote access.
However, the business model of giving an affordable price and increasing by three to four times shortly after moving in should be illegal. The company is taking advantage of people in vulnerable positions that are stuck after putting their things in storage. Most of these people have gone through recent divorces, deaths or other unexpected life situations. I was paying over $400/mo for a space that I initially got for under $200..and it went up within months of moving in. That’s almost $5000/year when I was budgeting half of that. I was stuck not knowing how or what to do with my stuff after just putting it in there. I looked up the same space that I was paying $400/mo for and it’s currently it's going for a "promo rate" of $108. It’s not a matter of if this will happen to you but when. Thanks for bamboozling me and countless others. SHAME.

Recently, I met Naomi Williams one of the customer service persons at the Extra Space location where I rent a unit. From the beginning she's been friendly, engaging, caring to help customers and with empathy. She's been helpful and responsive every time I've encountered her. I work in hospitality as a manager so I know excellent customer service when I see it or receive it myself. Naomi represents great customer engagement and service for Extra Space but also serves as a model representative for every business that works with the public. I hope ES realizes her value to the company and uses her example for all employees to learn from at ES. Thanks again Naomi!

Naomi was so helpful I wanted to stay to see what else I may have needed help with! As I took a few minutes than I should have the smile never left her face, and she almost knew what I needed before I asked as I was given all of her attention... GREAT JOB NAOMI we need more like you!!!!!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I spoke with Naomi over the phone, who was friendly and helpful and booked our unit right away. Once we arrived, Savanna was incredibly helpful as well, getting is set up and our unit open and ready. Absolutely recommend.
