  The best Lowe’s of all time! This Lowe’s has everything I need but sometimes it also doesn’t. Whenever I need assistance looking for something, The employees are very helpful and sometimes I can’t find any employees anywhere which is a bit stressful. Therefore, This Lowe’s is an extremely reliable place to find everything you need for your house.

  ⭐ 1 star — Five damaged deliveries and almost three months without a resolution I purchased a Samsung Bespoke AI refrigerator in Morning Blue from Lowe’s in Paterson, NJ, during the July 4, 2026 promotion. After returns and five delivery attempts, every refrigerator arrived broken. Almost three months later, I am left without a refrigerator. After these repeated failures, I requested a different Samsung Bespoke model. Chantho informed me that her team could not match my original promotional purchase price and that I would have to pay full price. It is extremely frustrating to lose the benefit of a July 4 promotion because Lowe’s repeatedly failed to deliver an undamaged refrigerator. Today, October 1, customer service and the delivery team finally informed me that part of my payment had been refunded to my credit card on September 16. They told me the remaining balance was refunded today while I was on the phone. Why wasn’t this clearly communicated while I was still waiting for a replacement? I also tipped the delivery crews in good faith, only to later be told they were not supposed to accept tips. That added another expense to an already frustrating experience. In the end, Lowe’s did not provide a working refrigerator, did not accommodate my request for a different model at my original purchase price, and offered no credit toward a future purchase for the repeated failures and inconvenience. A refund does not erase almost three months of waiting, wasted time, and failed deliveries. I purchased a refrigerator because I needed one, and I still have none. Terrible communication, poor handling of the problem, and deeply disappointing customer service.

  We had an exceptionally good experience with Lowe’s … we purchased a washer/dryer online and had it delivered by Lowe’s Passaic. Online ordering was easy and the process was seamless, with regular email and text updates. Delivery was on time. The installation guys were very good; competent, friendly, and kind. They did a very nice job, they were neat and respectful of our home. One minor point, I don’t think tools should be placed on top of brand new units (at least not without a drop cloth). We took advantage of Labor Day sales … “free” delivery and installation, free installation parts, free haul away, and free 2-year protection plan …. and there were strong discounts on the units … Overall, an excellent customer experience and value.

  Would give zero stars if that were an option. The level of service we experienced from Lowe’s has deteriorated dramatically, and our recent experience purchasing and installing a dishwasher was nothing short of horrendous. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a month-long nightmare. The installation was done incorrectly, and we encountered multiple data-entry and communication errors by Lowe’s customer service that resulted in the installer receiving incorrect instructions. At one point, the installer even arrived with instructions to install a microwave rather than a dishwasher. Mistakes happen—but what has been most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability and ownership in resolving them. We have spent weeks trying to get Lowe’s to correct problems that were created by Lowe’s, repeatedly explaining the situation to different customer service representatives without getting a meaningful resolution. After this experience, we have completely lost confidence in Lowe’s—not because of one isolated mistake, but because of the repeated errors, poor communication, lack of ownership, and failure to resolve a problem that should never have happened in the first place. If you are considering purchasing an appliance from Lowe’s, I would strongly recommend understanding what happens when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, getting someone to take responsibility and actually fix the problem has been extraordinarily difficult.

  To Lowe’s Management, I’m writing to complain about a genuinely awful experience at your store regarding a truck rental. We called ahead to check availability, and your rep told us flat out: "Yes, we have two available, just come on in." So we spent 40 minutes driving to the store. When we got there, a representative suddenly changed the story and said we had to make a store purchase to rent one. We asked to speak to the manager -I belive his name was Sal- and he doubled down, telling us we had to spend "at least a few hundred dollars" in the store just to qualify for a truck rental. When we showed him Lowe's actual official policy on our phones (which states no such rule exists) and pointed out the two trucks sitting right there in the parking lot, Sal just shrugged and claimed they weren't available to us. Making up arbitrary rules on the spot, lying about availability, and wasting an hour and a half of our day driving back and forth is unacceptable. I want this addressed, because treating customers this way is ridiculous.
