I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble, and the prices were reasonable. The staff was helpful when asked, though it sometimes takes a while to get assistance during busy hours. Checkout was smooth overall. A solid place for DIY projects and home supplies.

A friend and myself moved that same fridge in a few years ago with no issue. Just lazy and unprofessional. Will not be buying ANYTHING from Lowe’s ever again.

Not a big deal in reality but the ridiculous nature behind it on top of acting as if he brought the cart in when I literally had it in my possession for quite some time is beyond bothersome. Furthermore he decided to make additional comments after i grabbed another cart, not realizing that he openly admitted to stealing it from me through his less than intelligent words. Will be avoiding this location as much as I can.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
