I had spent weeks researching and visiting similar stores but without a doubt there are non better than this Lowe's. Oswaldo is without a doubt one of the most valuable assets this location has.

Wish i could give 0 stars. What a terrible experience with this store and its associates. Needed a part for my faucet that online said it was in stock. When i arrived i could not find the part i needed. When i asked for help the first associate said it wasn't her department and said she would call somebody after waiting 15 minutes nobody came. I went out and searched for another associate, the second associate walked back to the isle with me and verified the part was not where its supposed to be and decided to call a plumbing associate and left. After waiting 25 minutes nobody showed up. I had no choice but to leave and go to a different store, as i walk to the self checkout to pay for other items i tell the first associate that nobody came she asked “no body came” and continue to go about her business. What a joke of a store. 6 workers by the self checkout doing NOTHING. If you actually want to visit a store where somebody actually cares dont bother coming here. Visit homedepot or lowes on Rt 17. Clearly nobody cares to help here. 0 stars

Absolutely terrible customer service. I requested a price adjustment at pickup, and the store manager initially agreed but said the system had locked her out and promised to process it later, telling me I’d receive an email. No email ever came.
When I contacted corporate, they were rude and refused to help, citing a 48-hour policy for major appliances. They then told me to go back to the store. I called the store first, only to be told the manager was gone and to call back Monday—by then, the 48-hour window would have expired.
What’s even more frustrating is that their own price match policy states that returns and price adjustments begin after pickup or delivery. Instead of honoring their promise, they passed me back and forth until the deadline ran out.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be shopping here again.
