  Today, around 3 PM, we visited this furniture store for the first time while looking for bedroom sets, a dining table, and sofas for our new home. I really liked their furniture, beautiful styles, and prices were not bad with discounts . BUT!!! The customer service was extremely disappointing! When we walked in, the gentleman sitting at the desk didn’t even bother to say hello, welcome us, or acknowledge our presence. He didn’t even get up from his chair. He was on the phone, so I thought maybe once he finished his conversation, he would approach us, ask what we were looking for, or offer some assistance, as salespeople normally do in other furniture stores. Unfortunately, that never happened. We walked around looking at furniture, and not once did he show any interest in helping us. Even when we were leaving, he didn’t bother to say goodbye or acknowledge us! It honestly felt like he assumed we weren’t serious buyers. You never know who walks through your doors! The whole experience felt so cold and unwelcoming. It’s really sad because I genuinely liked the furniture, but customer service matters just as much. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this store based on my experience.

  Modern and unique furniture, but with a high price tag. The sale was significant, though buyers should be aware of dents and scratches.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Roche Bobois in Paramus has a very high-end selection, but the prices are extremely steep and the collection is somewhat limited. The staff is helpful and courteous, which makes the visit pleasant overall. Worth checking out if you’re looking for luxury furniture and unique designs.

  Always a fantastic experience! The selection is impressive, with a wide variety of high quality pieces every week. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend.
