  We went here to buy a dining set and walked right back out. It was so hot I couldn't breath. How you can run a business like this and have people working in there with no air conditioning is beyond me.

  Good prices discounted from the store prices. Too modern for me. Very good quality. Buy it for life. Will last a long time.

  Hate the RH in manhattan and so the outlet being underwhelming is no shocker. If you want something actually durable and modern within budget/reason, you’re better off checking out IKEA next door. I can’t believe RH bought out this former Modell’s location lol. Let’s hope they can upkeep rent prices.

  Just bought a dresser from RH Paramus only 4 days before Memorial Day. I asked the sales rep if they would be having a sale, but they said they don't know. 2 days after purchase, I get a text saying they are having a 10% sales clearance. Store manager won't issue price adjustment. Additionally their delivery vendor scratched my floors and walls. Good luck with getting customer service because these guys couldn't careless what happens to you after the sale. Very disappointed with level of service. RH is supposed to be a premium brand, but their customer service is extremely lackluster. Next time, I'll take my business at Room & Board.
