  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Waiting for my furniture that is paid in full (because I didn’t know the incorrect furniture was ordered and delivered) over 13 weeks! And no one can give me a status on when I will receive the correct furniture so they just don’t call back AT ALL. It’s two pieces of furniture… it shouldn’t be that hard for a FURNITURE STORE

  Went to the outlet on route 4 in Paramus to see if I could find a sofa and not only did I find a sofa but also the loveseat that goes with it. It was half the price it would’ve been had I got it from the non outlet. I think it was a floor model but you wouldn’t know it. Not a single blemish on it. Gio helped us from start to finish. Gio is a great salesman!! He didn’t follow us around the store, but was right there whenever we had any questions. I shopped Saturday and had my beautiful sofa and loveseat delivered today, Monday. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be back the next time I buy any furniture. Thanks so much!!

  This was my first time there. I was met by Irina with a big smile and hello. She asked what I was looking for, I said a recliner. I told her what I wanted and she was super knowledgeable and showed me quite a few of recliners. She answered my questions and concerns. I made my decision, no pressure. Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience!

  Absolutely love my new dining room set!! It is very sturdy and the option to extend the leaves on both sides makes it perfectly versatile. My sales associate Leonard in the Paramus store was wonderful!! He was exceptionally sweet and knowledgeable. He also helped me to get an additional discount after when the sales promotion came out a few days post purchase. Delivery guys were really nice and polite and put everything together quickly and efficiently.
