  The stars are not for the associates, the store, nor delivery guys, which were good. The stars are for the product itself. We had the loveseat recliner delivered Sept. 1. Upon testing all controls we noticed the red to blue lighting when cup cooler is activated, the lights weren't working on one side. We confirmed this with delivery person when they also tested. Then after trying the charging ports we couldn't plug in a USB A connector. We then noticed the plate for the USB charging ports is backwards, so the opening for the USB A port is covered with the USB C port, making it impossible to plug in a USB A because of the oval C shape compared to a rectangular A shape. Poor manufacturer quality control throughout. We called and have service scheduled in a few days. We'll see if this can be fixed, but very disappointing when you spend over $2,000 buying a new piece of furniture and have immediate issues with it, which should have never been there in the first place.

  The store manager Joe was extremely helpful. We came in knowing what we wanted, and what we wanted to spend, and the team at Rt. 17 took it from there. The wonderful ladies at the customer service counter sealed the deal and got all of our information for a seamless delivery. If you have a need, this is the place you want to go. I even got a free water. Raymour should help these folks out and fix their A/C! They do a phenomenal job.

  It was a bad experience with me from this branch as they informed me that the sofa (with a financial fee) will arrive at my house after 3 working days. But it did not arrive within the specified time, and no one called me during the mentioned period until I started looking for them and made my calls, and they informed me that my order for delivery was not included for delivery, and this is sad to deal for the first time, and now it arrived after more than a week. This is my experience with them

  Sonny could not have been more informative about mattresses and the Base. He took me all through the department explained how each one was different and was very very patient with me. It’s the first time I have ever bought anything in such a high price range that I wasn’t rushed through. I feel 100% confident that I chose the right mattress and sales man.   Gio provided AMAZING best in class customer service during my in person showroom visit in Paramus today, and drove my successful hunt to find a double chaise beautiful couch within budget + size limits for our great room! He was so patient, listened incredibly well to my requirements and showed my about 7 different options I didn’t even see online and went through each with me until we found the couch perfect for our family of 4!
