They have a huge selection of products, from lighting fixtures and home improvement essentials to clothing and color-matched paint mixing. The staff was also very helpful. Eve assisted me at the self-checkout and made the process quick and easy. Overall, it’s a dependable location with plenty of options and a smooth shopping experience.

Despite being told by a representative over the phone that an in-store return would be easy, the Paramus staff refused the return because the blinds were "cut." These were ordered to size online, not altered by me. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely ignored the fact that the product was poor quality and defective. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
- MMMrSloikaApr 23, 20263.0Clean well stocked store, but don't expect any assistance. Lowes claims customers can have steel pipe cut and threaded at their stores. Not at Paramus. I was laughed at by two associates who were chatting with each other in the plumbing department when I asked about having black pipe cut and threaded. 'Machine is broken. Ha, ha, ha. .' At least those two acknowledged my existence, which is more than the associate in lumber could be arsed to do. I asked the guy in lumber if I could have a sheet of plywood ripped and he acted like I was invisible. I walked out without purchasing anything. Purchased the pipe from an online plumbing supply house and got the plywood from a lumber yard. Lowes is only worth visiting if what you need is on the shelf and you pay at the shelf checkout, otherwise don't bother.
