I have been sitting on an order now for two weeks. Waiting for covers. Completely botched totally inconvenient and unacceptable.

She took the time to explain the fabrics, filling etc. Even when there was an issue with the delivery timeline, she immediately rectified and I was able to receive as expected. Customer service these days is lacking therefore it is always a pleasure to work with someone that has the personality and patients to work with customers until the customer is satisfied with the order. And I must mention that she did not just take the time with me alone but was able to multitask between customers without it being felt as if you were forgotten about or ignored. (You get a large one to match the seat with the purchase price but when your sactional turns the corner, you need a skinnier one)... I’m so glad they took the time to explain it so we weren’t surprised at delivery time! I also wish we could’ve gotten a little better discount but regardless, we are very excited to join the Lovesac family. Can’t wait for family pj/movie day!!!
