  Barbara was great, she helped us find the perfect rocker and glider for our nursery. But wasn’t any pressure at all. She also helped us look at a couple of sleeper sofas that we were interested in. We can’t wait for our la-z-boy to be delivered!!!

  We had a wonderful experience buying a sofa from them. I didn't know they had so many products besides the standard La-Z-Boy reclining sofas and chairs. We purchased a stationary sofa. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy. He explained all the options - and there were a lot unlike most other furniture stores these days. We selected the firmness of the cushions. There was a whole wall of fabric and color choices. We even got to chose the pillow fabric and the wood color of the legs. Highly recommend La-Z-Boy of Paramus!

  While the customer service is nice, the pricing process felt drawn out and inflexible, making it hard to close the deal. I hope they improve their negotiation process so customers don't have to fight for a fair price."

  What we had here is a failure to communicate - wife wanted a power chair, when we went to a store, we found a Joel chair we liked, and sat in it in the store. The chair we sat in was a manual chair, comfy, felt right. She was planning on using the chair to nurse our infant son. We pick out the fabric, order it, and are told it will take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Okay, sure, it’s custom furniture, we understand. It arrives 4 weeks later, it’s installed, and we cannot sit in it, not really. In the home position, if you lift up your legs, the chair ejects you. I don’t know why this wasn’t mentioned by the sales rep, but that’s not my idea of a comfy chair. We asked for the chair to be fixed, had to go through the motions with a La-Z-Boy rep on a video call, then weeks later our replacement part arrived and a tech comes out to reinstall the base. After the base is reinstalled, same issue. Now I’m told by La-Z-Boy that that’s standard for power chairs, you cannot sit in it in the home position unless both feet are on the floor. I’m flabbergasted. None of this was told to us in the store, and each time you try to talk to somebody, it takes days or weeks for the next step in the process. I don’t want this chair, I don’t want a replacement, I don’t want anything free, I simply want my money back and don’t ever want to return to a La-Z-Boy store. This has been a bitterly disappointing experience, and I also don’t appreciate that a rep from the store said he’d call me back on a specific day and failed to do so. *Updating this - what's right is right, and John the manager dealt with me professionally and scheduled a pick up for the chair and then processed a refund in a very business like timeframe. He deserves credit for handling everything the way he did and I truly appreciate that.

  The showroom was nicely laid out. We met a sales person when we walked in. We told them what we were looking for she showed us where they were, and she kind of let us be, and then when we were ready, we went and talked to her and order the chairs that we wanted in the letter that we wanted pleasant experience it was on sale, which was even better. The selection was great. Delivery was super easy. The guy brought it in and set it up in like five minutes, and the chairs are super comfortable. I highly recommend them
