The Extra Space Storage facility is impressively clean, modern, and offers real climate control, making it an ideal place to store our belongings. Karina has been outstanding from the very beginning. She located the perfect easy‑access unit for us, and when we arrived late with a dead phone — long after closing — she still made sure we could get in. Her dedication and customer service are exceptional, and we truly appreciate everything she’s done.

I was looking for a large unit at Extra space storage and saw that there was a new facility in Paramus With excellent prices, I booked a unit and went to look at the unitI I was very impressed with Karina I am in hospitality, and I am very aware of how I am greeted, Karina Is an outstanding manager she was extremely accommodating, pleasant, very helpful and showed me how to work the new Paramus electronic doors and unit that was extremely helpful to me. The units are brand new and extremely clean. It was such a pleasure to have a Manager like Karina she is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. She has a great spirit about her that you feel comfortable coming to the Extra space storage In Paramus. Also knowing that she is there to help you if you need it, I just have to give her a very high recommendation and Extra space storage In Paramus is very lucky to have her. Thank you.

Thank goodness for Karina. I've rented Extra Space units many, many times in many different states but this facility is the first one I've encountered that is using App access instead of keycodes and physical locks. The facility seems to be brand new and has plenty of space and access points (albeit with the level of security you'd expect). When I showed up to access my new unit, I couldn't figure out how to get into the facility (since it's all electronic). Karina was there to help me get the right App, find my unit, and explain the in's and out's of the various access points, parking, and rules. She turned what could have been a vary frustrating experience into an excellent intro to the facility. Which was appreciated greatly.
