  I got blinds (duets) from this store 14 years ago for my living room. They have been pretty and overall great , but of course there was wear and tear as far as chords and ease of operation. 'Blinds to Go' provided life time warantee and they fixed my blinds!!!! I also am getting new blinds from them for my dining room. Angie is amazing- she came to my home with the samples book and spent ample time consulting me on my choices. She also calls and texts me to notify me when my orders are in. I felt so far it was personalized service and they stood up to their commitment. Perhaps I wish the styles of material of blinds would not go out of fashion over time, but overall I highly recommend this store! Thanks a lot Angie!!!

  The designer in the store was very nice but their customer service was awful! They have made a mistake in our order and charged us more than the order (charged us for extra drapes that we didn't ask for). After endless number of calls and emails, they agreed to charge us the correct amount. We ordered blackout rollers, but the rollers weren't wide enough so it doesn't make the room dark at all. The drapes look bad. Bad provider and bad product. I'm sorry I picked them.

  I can't say enough about my sales consultant Angie. She did everything right from the very start, which included texting me an ETA so I would know exactly when to anticipate her. She was polite, warm, made me feel respected, and that my time mattered. I had honestly planned on shopping around to try to get the best possible price, but Angie made me feel comfortable enough to entrust my purchase to her.
