I was a little nervous going to buy a new shade for my living room window but Eliana made it all very easy. She was kind, understanding and patient explaining the process to me. Her relaxed personality made the experience actually fun. Eliana is a definite asset to your organization.

I had an excellent experience with Blinds To Go on Route 4 from start to finish. Napoleon helped me with the design consultation and was incredibly helpful and made the entire process easy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, walked me through the many different styles, materials, and options available, and helped me choose the perfect window treatments for my home. I purchased motorized cellular shades along with nature-inspired roller shades, and I couldn't be happier with either choice. The motorized cellular shades work beautifully, are extremely convenient, and have a clean, high-end look. The nature-inspired roller shades add warmth and texture to the space and look fantastic. Both products feel very well made and completely elevated the rooms they were installed in. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I always knew what was happening and what to expect, and everyone I dealt with was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. Blerim, who handled the installation, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, careful, and efficient. He made sure every shade was installed perfectly, took the time to ensure everything was operating properly, and left the space clean when he was finished. The quality of the installation really completed an already excellent experience. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience and the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Blinds To Go to anyone looking for quality window treatments, a great selection, excellent value, knowledgeable design assistance, professional installation, and outstanding customer service. These shades completely transformed the spaces!

I need to thank blinds to go's team members Susan and Nelson for helping me with my order. I need to start off by saying my initial installer was absolutely terrible, he ins my shutters incorrectly and then tried to "mansplain" the install process when I explained to him I was not happy and my shutters were crooked. It was absolutely terrible, I paid a lot of money for these shutters and they looked so cheap because of how poorly they were installed. When I called to see what could be done, Susan personally took on my case and listened to my concerns and then she sent me an angel. Nelson is the absolute best person you can work with. Not only is he knowledgeable, he was kind and patient and addressed every concern I have. He re-installed all my shutters and corrected as many of the issues our previous installer created. He was a life saver. The only reason I would return to blinds to go in the future is because of Susan and Nelson. Thank you again for your professionalism and service.

Avoid these guys at all costs. They are overpriced and misleading. I bought some very expensive blind that broke from the wind blowing which caused the bottom of the unit to bang against the inside of the pane. It eventually broke off. When i took the unit back , the told me the lifetime warranty only applied to the "moving" parts this equates to basically the chain used to raise and lower the blinds. The poorly made, not durable housing was not covered. I left the damaged unit there and walked out. What's more, they were much more pleasant when they were selling me their substandard product. Rude and impolite. Shame on me for listening to what they said and not actually reading their policy. I hope ride past their paramus store to find it out of business. I hope this post helps to that end.

Today, I went to the RT4 paramus blinds To Go store and received the service. It was a good experience, so I would like to share it together. Two years ago, I ordered and had an item worth nearly $30,000 ordered and installed here, and at that time Something felt off about the store manager, so even after giving this large sum and doing business, I wasn’t happy. But today, because of the store manager (Meri Kurul) here, I was able to wrap up this service in a very comfortable and enjoyable way Because of the bad memory from the first time, this time I asked for my needs a bit more strictly, but she still smiled until the end and finished the service comfortably.. Ironically enough, they weren’t happy when they spent that huge amount on the transaction, but this time, receiving the service for free, they were satisfied? Depending on whether there is a certain employee working that much I could see that many things could change. My friend is about to finish building a new house, and I’d like to recommend that they do business here through this person as well.
