    Our experience with Napoleon at Store 208 in Paramus NJ was beyond exceptional and well worth the drive from NYC. His vast knowledge of the product, patience and guidance in helping us choose the best product fit for our needs first and foremost was truly refreshing. If you are in the need this is the place to go. HIGHLY recommend you go see Napoleon for your window treatment needs.

    Ordered black out roller shades. All shade companies I have order from over the last 20 are very adamant about measuring! If you do it your self, they want you to order the correct size, to fit your window....I get it! One would think if you order black out, inside mount you would think it means "black out". You don't want light entering the room.....well turns out I have 1/2" + on each side of the shade to the inside window frame. Light comes in!..............Buyers, be aware of this! ask questions if the salesperson doesn't explain this to you. Also a bit pricy for what I received in my opinion

    I absolutely love the blinds I purchased from Blinds to Go, from collaborating with Napoleon on the design to enjoying the final product after delivery! They are beautiful, functional, and add a lot of class to my newly renovated NYC condo. The installation was great too! The installer programmed the mechanical blinds for each room to my iPhone and walked me through the process of use. I highly recommend Blinds to Go!

    Susan and Ray were both very professional and incredibly helpful in resolving the issue I was having. I had vertical blinds installed about two years ago, and they have continued to break over time. I contacted BTG Customer Service and spoke with Susan, who promptly arranged for Ray to come out the very next day to inspect the problem. Ray arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the blinds, and was able to resolve the issue quickly. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. Thank you, Susan and Ray, for making the process so easy!

    Unfortunately our experience with Blinds To Go was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered. What should have been a simple custom drapery purchase turned into an almost six-month ordeal filled with repeated mistakes, delays, rescheduled appointments, incorrect products, and endless follow-up efforts on our part. During this process: • The wrong fabric was delivered multiple times despite being selected and confirmed in the store. • We experienced numerous delays and installation issues. • We had to repeatedly rearrange our schedules, take time off work, move furniture, and prepare our home for installation appointments. • One installation appointment was missed due to what we were told was a scheduling issue. • When the correct draperies finally arrived, they were delivered dirty and had to be taken back again. • Our living room and dining room remained unfinished and largely unusable for months. After nearly six months of inconvenience, frustration, lost time, and repeated attempts to resolve the matter, we requested a full refund. Blinds To Go refused to provide a full refund despite acknowledging many of the issues that occurred throughout the process. As a result, we ultimately decided to return the entire product, including the draperies and tracks, because we no longer had confidence in the company or its willingness to fairly resolve the situation. What is most disappointing is that this was never about a single mistake. Mistakes happen. It was the repeated failures, the length of time it took to correct them, and the refusal to provide a fair resolution after nearly six months of disruption to our family. We spent more time dealing with this order than enjoying it. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Blinds To Go and would encourage prospective customers to carefully consider whether they are willing to accept the risk of similar delays, repeated errors, and an unsatisfactory resolution if something goes wrong. — Moe
