He said, just come in, and i told him i was a Disable Vet, and he said he will be right out. The size i took was small so after looking at all my stuff to put in storage i then realized i needed a bigger size. I call Griffin and we did everything over the phone. We need more people like Griffin in this World. Thank you, Griffin.

He has been very helpful and has made renting so easy for me being that I am out here in Oregon and my child is at college there. I chose the storage company because they had larger climate controlled units and they were able to prorate the extra days I needed for the month. Will definitely rent from them again for my kid’s summer storage needs.

I was in a situation where I needed to clear out my unit quickly, and they went above and beyond to help make it happen. They even let me use an adjacent, unoccupied unit to speed things up, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Everyone there was genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful—I always felt comfortable asking questions and knew I’d get a thoughtful, caring response. There are plenty of storage options in Ocean, Neptune, and the surrounding area, but this location would be at the very top of my list. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them—you won’t be disappointed.
