  Delivery failure. I visited the RF Ocean Store with my elderly mom to purchase a new bed with adjustable base. The sales rep, Angel, was helpful and offered options with care. We scheduled delivery and awaited text and email with the 3 hour delivery window. We received the 3 hour window, but on the day of delivery, it kept changing. We then received a call from the driver to clarify the address. Moments later, the link to delivery said it was cancelled. I called their customer service number, but could only leave a voicemail. I called their customer driver back and he stated that he was far away and his warehouse does not deliver to the area. At this point, it was beyond the 3 hour window. I then called the store and asked for the manager, the sales rep’s number went to voicemail. The manager couldn’t seem to understand why I was upset by what occurred and had no response. The driver the warehouse call, and the warehouse manager did confirm they do not deliver to the area. He stated he would call the store and they should call me back with a new delivery date. It’s like running in circles and it’s on the customer to figure things out and wait. All this with an elderly parent who already pulled all the bedding and had cleaned it in preparation. Still waiting.

  Our salesman, Ronny Cohen, was personable, knowledgeable, and was able to quickly steer us in the right direction. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

  Mike Farina was a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable and extremely patient. I highly recommend dealing with him while shopping at the store.

  Just had another wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan. My sales person, Rosie was truly the best!. She was very patient and supportive as it took me awhile to make my decision. She was very knowledgeable about style, fabric, and craftsmanship of each piece. I knew I was in good hands! Thank you

  The Store in Ocean is a delight to Shop and I have worked with several of the sales people there, Everyone is so helpful and patient and works with you to find you the right thing. I appreciate the help and the quality of the furniture. today I bought a couch with the help of Lisa Burke. She is outstanding thank you so much Lisa.
