  My wife and I had a spectacular experience at Raymour & Flanigan in North Plainfield, and it was all thanks to Brittany Medford. Upon describing to Brittany a dining set that we had previously seen at the store on a prior visit, Brittany was able to send us pictures of the exact set we described! We ended up buying that dining set as well as a couch. Brittany, with the help of her manager Antonio Aguirre, was able to give us considerable discounts that aided in our final decision to purchase both items. This location has become a favorite of ours and we will definitely be back for any future furniture needs!

  My wife and I had been furniture shopping all day, and honestly, we were getting discouraged. Every time we found something we liked at competitors like Bob's or Ashley, the sales associates were incredibly pushy and made it seem like if we didn't buy on the spot, we'd miss out or never find furniture for our home. It made the whole experience stressful instead of exciting. Thankfully, a few days earlier, we had stopped by this store on our way home from a birthday dinner, and the experience was completely different. We couldn't stop thinking about this gorgeous dining table with beautiful gothic-inspired architecture that we had seen there. We visited other Raymour & Flanigan locations afterward, but nothing even came close to what we had found at this store. Since we hadn't written down the name of the table, I called the store, hoping someone could help us identify it. Thankfully, Brittany Medford answered the phone. She was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. She spent nearly 20 minutes with us searching through the inventory because the table was a brand-new item and wasn't easy to find. She never rushed us and stayed determined until she found the exact table and matching chairs. Brittany also mentioned that her manager, Antonio Aguirre, might be able to help us with an additional discount on the dining set, which he did. On top of that, they honored the online price for the couch we wanted as well. Throughout the entire process, Brittany gave us plenty of time to discuss everything privately and decide whether financing made sense for us. She worked with her management team to see if there were any additional promotions or discounts available and explained every step of the financing process clearly and patiently. We also happened to visit during a promotion that included extra discounts and a bonus gift, which made the experience even better. Both Brittany Medford and Antonio Aguirre treated us like people, not just another sale or commission. Their kindness, patience, honesty, and willingness to help made what had been a frustrating furniture shopping experience turn into an enjoyable and memorable one. Thank you both for going above and beyond. We truly appreciate everything you did for us, and because of your outstanding customer service, we'll gladly recommend this store to our friends and family.

  I walked in feeling anxious and concerned about finding exactly what I needed. I was nervous about the looking process, looking for Furniture has also been a difficult challenge for me. Rose Fisher saw me walk in, greeted me right away, and directed me to what I originally came in for. Rose was so efficient and helpful. She brought her expertise to assist me with all of the pieces I need for a new apartment. She was patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back when in need of more items. Thank you, Rose!

  Haven't had delivery yet but wanted to comment on the exceptional service at the store in N. Plainfield by Armand, Rose and the Manager, Gabriel. We had been running around the past 24 hours from store to store looking for very specific pieces and trying to arrange delivery. We had a lot of questions. We called and texted yesterday after the first visit and came back to the store today. No question was too much, no request went unanswered. Their professionalism was unmatched. They were so patient with us. We were buying a combination of floor samples and a regular item which had different "rules." Everything was meticulously explained. We started with Armand yesterday and finished the process with Rose today. She treated us as if this was her sale. We gained even more insight today from Rose, which is what got us to make the final decision to purchase today. Having a great Manager come out to reassure us about a few things was a huge bonus. A++++++++
