  Our designer, Kiera Cullinan was simply THE BEST! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. The delivery/installers were absolutely fantastic as well. They treated our home with respect, were professional and perfectionist assembling our theatre seats.

  I love love Lazy Boy! The manager George is a wonder to work with he will help you in anyway possible! The associate Gil explained in detail how it would look in my home with pictures on web. The furniture is superb also real wood not plywood.

  I needed to replace a sofa I bought from LaZ Boy in August of 2004. (It lasted a long time.). Anila was wonderful. She listened to what I needed, knew her products, answered my questions, and gave me all the time I needed. I use a walker and expected the experience to be stressful; instead it was quite enjoyable. I purchased a love seat and a char lift. My son and I are planning to return next week with my sister to get her a chair lift.

  We couldn't be happier with our La-Z-Boy purchase! We loved being able to customize every piece so it fit exactly what we were looking for. We ended up with a combination of recliners, stationary seating, and a chaise, which gave both my husband and me exactly what we wanted. I really wanted a recliner, while he didn't want an L-shaped sectional, and this was the only couch we both completely agreed on. The color is beautiful, and the matching coffee table and end table tie the whole room together perfectly. We also found gorgeous rugs that were on sale, which made the experience even better. We purchased the protection package, and with a toddler and two cats, it has given us so much peace of mind. The furniture is beautiful enough for entertaining but durable enough to stand up to everyday family life. Our salesperson was fantastic throughout the process, and the delivery team took great care bringing everything into our home and setting it up. The only downside was that we had to wait a bit for delivery, but that was expected since we chose to customize our furniture and a couple of pieces were temporarily out of stock. It was absolutely worth the wait. Overall, we love our new living room and would absolutely recommend La-Z-Boy to anyone looking for high-quality, customizable furniture. It looks amazing, is incredibly comfortable, and truly feels like it was made just for us.
