Sarah Haddad those simply amazing. Her knowledge, professionalism and customer focus was evident from the moment I met her. I have herniated discs and she took extra time to ensure I got the right recliner. Thank you Sarah.
Worked with Mr Shivram, absolute pleasure, never forced us or pressured us. Answered all of our questions, made sure we were informed and made it very easy for us if we needed to make any adjustments to our order. Would be more than happy to shop with him again. Thank you for our beautiful sectional!

My husband and I had a very good experience at Raymour and Flanigan, purchasing furniture for a beach house. Dealing with Mahamud Hasan was a pleasure. and we are very happy with our purchases. He went out of his way to be informative and gracious

We had multiple frustrating experiences with the North Brunswick location. While the furniture quality and delivery service were good, the issues with billing, financing, and customer service were concerning.
During our first purchase, my in-laws were incorrectly charged full price instead of the advertised President’s Weekend discount. Even after the staff attempted to fix it, it took three tries to get the total right.
The bigger issue happened during our second purchase. My husband and I bought a dining set using an R&F credit account and specifically asked for a 6-month no-interest plan. I confirmed this multiple times with the manager, and she assured me each time that it was correct.
Two months later, I was charged interest. After contacting the lender and the store, I found out I had NOT been placed on the promotional plan at all, but instead on a plan that accrues interest after 30 days—completely contradicting what I was told in-store.
What made this more frustrating was how difficult the staff was to work with afterward. Instead of taking accountability, the situation was handled in a way that made it feel like it was my fault for not catching the error in the contract, despite the multiple verbal confirmations I received at the time of purchase.
This isn’t just a small mistake - being placed on the wrong financing plan can cost customers money. Between the repeated pricing errors, incorrect financing setup, and poor handling of the issue, there seems to be a pattern of carelessness.
I recommend going to another R&F location, but if the North Brunswick one is your only option, I strongly recommend double-checking all pricing and financing details before signing anything or leaving this location.

Racist, deceptive, and completely unwilling to take accountability. If you’re Indian, I would strongly caution against shopping at the North Brunswick location.
Our experience was not just frustrating it felt intentionally misleading. In person, the sales team told us one set of terms and made everything sound straightforward and fair. The salesperson came across as friendly, patient, and helpful, which made it easy to trust what we were being told. However, that trust quickly turned into regret. When the paperwork was finalized and sent through to the bank, the numbers had been changed without clearly informing us. The pricing, discounts, and financing terms did not match what we had agreed to in-store.
What makes this worse is that this wasn’t an isolated incident. The exact same thing happened to my parents previously—promises made in person, then quietly altered when processed. In our case, they initially offered a “discount,” but when the financing documents went through, the amount charged was higher than expected. We caught it, had to push to get it corrected, and assumed it was a one-time mistake.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t. They repeated the same behavior again with me and my wife.
When we tried to resolve it, we were given the runaround. The bank told us to contact Raymour, and Raymour told us to contact the bank. No one wanted to take responsibility, and it felt like they were deliberately trying to exhaust us into giving up. Meanwhile, interest charges were building, adding to the frustration.
It wasn’t until I made it clear how serious this was threatening to leave a negative review and expressing how unacceptable it was to be misled and charged incorrectly—that they finally responded. They contacted my wife and said they would “take care of it” and reimburse the interest. At that point, we had completely lost trust. Instead of relying on them, I paid off the entire balance directly through the bank just to be done with the situation.
I will never shop here again.
What’s most concerning is how calculated this feels: present a friendly, helpful front in person, gain your trust, then quietly change the numbers when you’re no longer watching closely. It’s a pattern, not a mistake.
Avoid this place unless you’re prepared to double- and triple-check every single document—and even then, be cautious. Allegedly the sales person got promoted; i guess thats the type of work they want you to do to get a promotion.
