  Shiv helped us purchase our Couch. He worked with us and entertained our multiple visits until we had our funds in order. The process for purchase was excellent. Shiv spent time sharing the different models and best sellers and did not rush us on the sale. Our other furniture from Raymour and Flannigan is still in our new home after 8 years and in excelleny condition. Thank you North Brunswick staff!!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience at Raymour & Flanigan! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. The furniture selection was great, and the quality was excellent. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and great customer service!

  Customer service in the store was great. We chose to pick up our order at the warehouse since it was close to our home. The communication for picking up the order was horrible. I go to the visitor door. No one there, you have to call a number, no one answered. I approached the employees at the warehouse in the parking lot were so helpful and nice. If it wasn't for them I would have not got my order. I helped other customers that were picking up there order. They felt the same way as I did. My advice is to fix it or you will be loosing customers.

  I went to purchase pillows today. The sales person gave me the wrong pillows. I did not realize it until I walked out the door. I left the parking lot. I turned around. I went back into the store told him that I’d like to return them. The manager came out and said we don’t take returns. I told her that I just purchased them not five minutes ago. She said we don’t take returns. I wanted to go to another store to purchase them because I needed them immediately She said we don’t take returns no matter what I just purchased them not five minutes ago She was the rudest person in the world The sales guy told me he spoke to the woman On the phone and said that we had them in stock I told him that woman that you were spoken to was me. Another strike I’m a guy. You told me you had the right pillows. It was what I was looking for. So on top of it, you didn’t give me the deal that Tempur-pedic is doing. Buy one get one free. You won’t give me the return that I’m asking for I just purchased two minutes ago now I have to go to wherever the pillows are located wherever you hold them in three days to pick them up because after 15 minutes of fighting with your manager, you’re willing to price match But you won’t deliver it and I can only pick them up between nine and five my working hours and your warehouse will only hold them for three days when you could’ve easily just give me the return so I can go to the other store to buy them. Why is it so difficult? This could’ve been done in five minutes, and I could’ve walked out the door And be on my way. Worst customer service ever.
