  Sarah was a pleasure to. deal with. She was helpful without pushing the line to being insistent. Helped us with measurements and color combos. I would absolutely work with her again.

  When we first arrived, nobody offered to help us. When we finally approached a salesperson, she said she would be right back with us. She never came back. After browsing for a while and finding a sofa that we were interested in, my son found Mona to help us. She showed us several options and told us about fabric and mattress choices, since we wanted a sleeper sofa. She was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We left happy with our selection. Our only issue was that we thought that the delivery fee was kind of steep, considering we had spent over 1500.00 on the sofa, not including tax.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful on location, and we found our desired product quickly. However, the delivery was not outlined clearly. We were explicitly told we could pick up our product by the salesman (who knew of our car model), but after taking time off of work to pick it up, the product did not fit. Warehouse workers laughed at us and our original in-store salesman did nothing to rectify the situation. We then had to pay a $170 delivery fee and the delivery was delayed due to poor instruction. Overall, very different experience once we left the store and had purchased the couch.

  As soon as I walked in Sarah greeted Me and asked me if there’s anything specific I was looking for I told her she brought me around and then she did not suffocate me after she showed me what she needed to show me. I walked around. I bought a few pictures.. She was super helpful show me different options of what I was looking for.
