- NEN EMay 7, 20261.0Terrible customer service I started a crochet project and I needed more yarn I went to hobby lobby of North Brunswick where I it got initially to find the shade is different although it was the same brand same lot same shade I asked one of the associates for help if she can open a box hopefully it has the shade I needed she wouldn’t even bother to look and said whatever on the self which doesn’t match then I asked when is your next shipment she answered they have to sell the two on the self before they reorder ridiculous I thought hobby lobby is a much bigger store than this . Then on the cashier after I was ready to pay to find out I forgot any card in the car I ran to car got the card the cashier asked me to the back of the line after I already did the waiting in the line before . Horrible customer service. Very disappointed
