I had a great experience at the Extra Space Storage location on Carolier Lane in North Brunswick. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help whenever you ask. The facility is clean and well maintained, and all of the employees are friendly and professional.
The site manager, Jake, truly goes above and beyond to help his customers and make sure they have a positive experience. You can tell that customer service is a priority here.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the North Brunswick area. I had a fantastic experience with Extra Space Storage in North Brunswick! The manager and staff here are incredible—huge shoutout to Mike and the rest of the team for being so welcoming and always willing to help. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate my move and get me into the perfect storage location.
The facility itself is super modern. You can open all the doors right from the app on your phone, which is amazing, especially when it's raining. The drive-in interior access makes loading and unloading exceptionally convenient, so you never have to worry about bad weather ruining your move.
Everything is very well-maintained, spotless, and clean—both the common areas and the storage unit itself were in pristine shape when I moved in. Plus, having dollies readily available on-site made moving heavy items a breeze. Highly recommend this location!
