Ordered "same-day delivery" a week ago. Each night the order was "rescheduled for the following day". Called after 6 days and was told it was "just waiting to be picked up by the driver". Same story that day. No way to cancel the order myself so I had to call and spend 10 minutes on the phone with a representative who then had to call the ACTUAL store and get them to cancel it. No accountability for the delivery timeline or explanation. Clearly the "same day delivery" thing is too good to be true. Will be shopping elsewhere.

SCAM ALERT: CUSTOMER SSERVICE REPRESENTATIVES OVER THE PHONE ARE UNINFORMED AND GIVE OUT WRONG INFORMATION WHILE REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
I ordered a washer, was told multiple times over the phone that they would be able to move my dryer that was stacked on top to install it. Delivery people came out twice and refused to move my dryer before the customer service representative finally told me that I would have to move the dryer myself. When i asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. Flashforward a month later, I was never contacted and when I finally was able to find someone to help move the dryer, I was told too much time has passed and they would not be able to install it. Every single person i talked to gave me incorrect information and refuse to help me besides telling me there's nothing lowes can do. Absolutely unprofessional, no accountability. will never buy a single thing here again i urge you not to either
