    I purchased two 4-foot pieces of wood for a personal project and asked if they could be cut in half. After paying for the items, I approached Chris for assistance, but he declined without even looking at the wood or attempting to help. Thankfully, Carlos from the lumber department stepped in right away. He didn’t hesitate—he took the wood, said he’d give it a try, and successfully made the cuts without any issue. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a big difference. Lowe’s would benefit from having more employees like Carlos and fewer like Chris. Thank you, Carlos, for your help with my home project.

    I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I approached a Wilson associate to ask for help bringing a stove and microwave, but instead of being helpful, he responded with a bad attitude and asked me for a receipt in a rude manner. When I tried to explain that I needed assistance, he refused to help and completely ignored me. I even went back hoping for better service, but the situation didn’t improve at all. It’s frustrating to be treated this way as a customer, especially when you genuinely need help. This experience left me very disappointed, and I hope management takes steps to improve customer service and staff attitude.

    Part 2 to the story. Again customer service is the Worst at this Store and Location. Today was day 2nd to have my refrigerator delivered and again, No Call and No Show. Apparently after my diligence of calling and confirming my delivery time and date today for my Refrigerator, I called customer service like 6 times asking when and where is my appliance. Finally the service Rep said, They have run out of Stock on this Refrigerator. I bought the Refrigerator on March 30th and the Appliance clerk said we have plenty. Dont worry, lets ring you up and get you on your way. They are so easy for the sale when they have no clue what they are selling and most of all, No communication from service side to Dan their Boss at Bergen Store has no Clue!!!! Buyers Beware and Run AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
