    Oh so it’s not just me? The manager, George, doesn’t need to be managing this store—or any store. For months, my payments have been coming out smoothly. Now all of a sudden I “owe” one month? How—when my card is on file and set to autopay? He proceeds to tell me I owe one month. HOW? Please explain. Money has been coming out of my account weekly with no problem. If you’re saying I owe, then give me a clear breakdown. At this point, I don’t think their system is accurate or the staff isn’t properly updating the payment history. Because there’s no way payments are consistently coming out of my account and somehow it’s showing that I owe. George was very nasty about it. When I logged into my bank account so we could go through my payment history together, I was met with pure nastiness instead of help. If it’s a system problem, just say that—but don’t talk to me crazy. Honestly, I wish I could give **no stars**. Customer service was terrible. Do better. Respectfully.

    Arron’s product have changed my whole life . This company store located in north Bergen are extremely helpful and there representative jackie directed me and insured that the quality I was receiving would be to my liking ! They delivered my furniture in a great and timely mannered without leaving no scratches or unopened boxes in my house . Highly recommend

    I would put less than one star if I could based on the very last experience at the North Bergen location. My wife and I walked in and were greeted with so much hostility that we wanted to leave immediately. An associate (or sales person, or a manager...honestly no idea as she never introduced herself) who after asking us what we were looking for, proceeded to star at us like we were there for god knows what reason, and than asked to “confirm our names” yet not introducing herself in any way. Confirm with whom/what? We felt offended and interrogated rather than welcomed. Are we not allowed to look around the store? Isn’t that what it’s there for? We purchased a few things from Aaron’s before but will not be bringing our business there again after this experience. I hope corporate looks into their current employees. This was a blonde girl (I can’t describe her in any other way as like I mentioned - no introduction has taken place) who was there last Saturday (01/30/2021).

    Everything always goes Wright when you are in front of the staff or manager. But when you get them on the phone it's a whole other story. Went there got a computer and they tell me they have to reset it. OK no problem, they say it will be ready for the following day, but when you call to pick it up they give you the run around. They tell you there going to call by end of day and they don't. They tell you oh your a great customer just to soup you up, then drop you on your head. Very unprofessional. Now I have to wait until Monday to find out what's going on the my computer. I should have known, my wife warned me not to mess them again. But I figured it's under new management,so I went against my wife's advice. So to all who read this, IF YOUR SPOUSE (HE OR SHE) TELLS YOU DON'T DO IT! Listen to them. Just in case Aaron's management reads this my name is, LUIS FIGUEROA!
