From beginning to end Donovan was patient, informative and professional. His customer service never waivered even when I asked a million questions. We truly feel good and confident about storing our things here.

This is actually a 2.5 star (not 3) feedback.
My review is exclusively based on the communication I've had with this location team either in person or via phone over the last 2 months. During these interactions, the team members I spoke with were consistently unfriendly and uninterested to answer all of my questions comprehensively. For instance, today, I was in the middle of a phone conversation with someone who identified himself as "Manager Rashawn". I was looking for answers to changes recently made to my account, when all of a sudden a "new manager" jumped into the call talking all loud. Initially, I thought the two "managers" were having a conversation between them. But not, this "new manager" yelled at me "How can I help you?" He never introduced himself and nor gave the impression of wanting to be helpful. He was just ready to argue/fight with me over the phone.
This is just poor customer service that does a disservice to otherwise good managers I've had spoken with at other Extra Space Storage locations or over the phone.
