  Our salesman was wonderful, but the guys who deliver it were horrible they nicked the dryer. They scratched up the bottom and the top of the dryer. They were just unprofessional and horrible. They left a mess. I called the company to complain told them they should never have those two guys ever deliver anything to anybody ever again so what I paid for was all scratched up and partly damaged ridiculous they didn’t do anything about it but what were they gonna do? That is my complaint I felt like I got these beautiful washer and dryer and it came damaged.

  I can't say enough good things about Alindo and the team at Colonial Appliance. We had a small, but quirky, situation with an older refrigerator that needed to be fixed. Throughout the process the problem-solving, quality, communication and explanation and implementation of the proposed solution were first-class. We highly recommend!

  We knew what dishwasher we wanted before going into the store. Frank, our salesman, showed us the unit and answered all of our questions. We set up a delivery date and completed the purchase. The delivery was very smooth. The installation was perfect and they hauled away our old unit. All in all, a great experience. We would certainly return to Colonial for any future appliance needs.

  We needed to replace our washing machine suddenly. Colonial Appliance was our only stop. We had a quick and efficient experience with a very knowledgeable sales person who recommended the machine that he himself had. We got delivery within a couple of days. Thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend!!
