Never had an issue with this storage location (when we have with others). The staff make the 5-star review, though. They are thoughtful, helpful, and follow up. Josh helped me this year- very responsible and great customer service.

I had gone to three different storage places and each experience was very different. The one on Route 66 was by far the best experience. Erick, the store manager, was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend!!!!
