I initially started my transaction online. It wasn’t as easy as I thought because I needed to edit the storage space size and ended up creating a whole second reservation and the first call At 9:36 came from Rose 😊 She was very upset and very upbeat. She made me feel better about creating two reservations by accident and I was happy to do business with her. I watched this facility Get built over the last several months and it is beautiful. I plan to become a long-term tenant. Thank you

I don't normally do these online reviews but I'm going to make an exception here.. on a scale of 1 to 5 Stars Rose is at minimum of 25... And I'm a Management consultant for a living so I know people that excel at selling and then delivery and make the customers life easy..
I don't care if another storage facility is a better location.. I don't care if somebody else offers you a lower price.. you could look for a thousand years and not find another Rose..
Enough said..
