  I cannot say enough positive things about Discount Pools and Supplies in Mt Holly. They are always helpful and knowledgeable, but more than that — they care about their customers and are true problem solvers for the most challenging and bizarre pool issues. It is so reassuring to know we don’t have to solve things alone. We have learned so much from them over the years and they have earned our trust time and again.

  I've had a few great experiences with Discount Pools and Supplies. Today, I called with a few questions about my salt water chlorinator that likely needed to be replaced. They were so kind, thorough, and patient in answering my questions both on the phone and in the store. Such a great group of guys, and they made it super easy to replace my current model. Within 10 minutes of being home, I already had it installed and working again! I also started using them last year to close my pool and they did a fantastic job. Reasonably priced, honest employees, and great work ethic. They won my business!

  This is probably only the second review I’ve ever written. I have to complement Discount Pool’s. My pump motor burnt out and I noticed it Thursday night. I called them in the morning figuring I would get the runaround and it would take them up to a week to come out because it’s the busy season. I sent them some photos. They sent me an estimate to replace the pump. They came right out that late afternoon. Same day!! And Fourth of July is next week!! Same day, people!❤️ very professional, reasonably priced and quick, what else do you want? I will be continuing to use your company you guys are awesome!

  I've been using discount pools & Supplies for a few years. One of the deckjets started leaking so I called them to come out and repair it. They demanded a deposit BEFORE even telling me when they'd be able to schedule the repair. Yes, they wanted to charge my credit card PRIOR to telling me when they'd be able to come out. An existing customer. I had a party coming up so I wanted to know when they'd be able to fix it, because I'd have to get someone else if it was going to take too long. What an absurd policy to use with existing customers. And this wasn't some clerk telling me this, it was the owner of the company. Even worse, it was a pretty simple repair. I ended up fixing it myself. I'll be using another pool company going forward. I obviously would not recommend Discount Pool & Supplies.
