  We needed a new kitchen refrigerator. I went to two stores, one of which was Albo. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Otis. Otis had patience with me (I was not easy...very indecisive). His knowledge was incredible, from the measurements I needed (very specific space allowance) to recommendations. He worked with me on the price, and when I left I didn't feel taken advantage of. Installers came within the window I was given, and even better on the earlier side of the window. Both my husband and I smile every time we open the fridge! We got the GE Profile with the water pitcher/spout inside the door. The fridge is larger than expected even though it is a counter depth fridge. Very happy with the purchase and we did get the warranty in case there are any problems. Thanks Albo and Otis!

  Otis is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with! Friendly, knowledgeable, and with a great sense of humor that made the whole buying process a breeze. He hooked me up with an amazing deal, too. If you want someone who’s honest, easy to talk to, and actually makes shopping enjoyable, Otis is your guy. Seriously, he turned buying a dishwasher into a fun experience—who knew that was possible?

  This was our first experience with Albo. Geoff guided us in the right direction without pushing anything on us. It was the easiest appliance purchase I ever had. We ended buying a GE GTW585BSV3WS washing machine, and the delivery had to be rescheduled due to a shipping issue from GE. However, the next day Geoff had somehow rectified the issue and the unit was able to arrive 4 days earlier! Thank you Geoff! The delivery was quick and efficient, they removed our old washer and left us with nothing but the box. Will be returning for any other appliance needs!

  I stopped in several times at your Mt.Holly location under time constraints. I communicated such and was able to accomplish my mission several times with Geoff Cyriacks, store manager. One day I stopped when Geoff wasn't working and expressed my loyality to the original salesperson-manager that was previously helping me. He was of Afro-American decent ,his name escapes me; he was polite and very helpful. I received a call from the delivery department the day before and had to request a first stop delivery at 9:00 and out by 9:30...The two men on that truck were probably in the top tier of delivery persons I've experienced. I was in the furniture business and trust me I know a little about delivery, logistics and personnel. I hope this expressed my experience at Albo's Mt.Holly.

  I recently went to Albo in Mt. Holly and bought a dishwasher from Otis Brooks. Otis is everything that a salesperson should be. He listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to get everything I needed and more for a fair price. Most salespeople and companies do not value your business, but from the time I walked in, Otis made sure that I not only experienced the value of outstanding customer service, but ensured that I will be back for my future appliance purchases. Thank you Albo for your products, and thank you Otis for your outstanding customer service.
