Albo Appliances in Mt. Holly, NJ employs one of the best employees many companies could only wish they could call their own. Mr. Otis Brooks exceeded our expectations when we went shopping for a new washer/dryer for our small house. He was patient and understanding, and he explained the many features, sizes, and which brand was best for our needs more than once. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. He provided excellent reasoning for purchasing an extended warranty, which costs less than a cup of coffee per day, and walked us through all the rebates we are entitled to. He has been very helpful with scheduling, given our many other responsibilities. Highly recommend Albo Appliances in Mt. Holly, NJ, for outstanding customer service and great pricing.

My wife and I stopped in a few weeks ago while hopping between big box stores to look for a new refrigerator. We have to say that it was our best appliance shopping experience ever. We were greeted by Otis Brooks and he spent time with us understanding our needs, preferences, price points, etc... He walked us through all the pros and cons of the different models until we found what would work best. At no time did we ever feel pressured and we genuinely felt like his main concern was helping us to find refrigerator that would meet our needs. He went out of his way to provide us quotes on a few options, explain the delivery and rebate processes, and educate us as customers. Popped back in a few days later and he made sure we got the best deal and a quick delivery. We will be back to Albo to see Otis for future purchases. Also want to call out that the delivery process was a breeze and the two guys that delivered (don't have their names) were personable, quick, and left everything clean. Thanks Otis and the team at Albo!!

Speak to Otis! He’ll take care of you!! Albo is a local business with good incentives. They offer rebates of their own, have the most competitive prices (maybe excluding warehouse) and fully service the white glove delivery. They own their products, delivery, install, and haul aways! Trust! Publicly traded companies don’t give two cents for us; this is Albo’s specialty and life - appliances are all they do. Stop by Mt. Holly for best pricing!

I recently needed to purchase a new microwave that would match and fit over my stove , and I went to Albo’s. I’ve purchased from them before and had a good experience. Returning for another purchase was easy to decide. Geoff was the salesperson I worked with, and he knew exactly what I was looking for and it really helped make the process easy. I find Albo’s very easy to work with, unlike some of the chain appliance stores that seem to tack on everything they can during a sale. I will continue to purchase appliances from them as I need to.
