  Finally, a conscientious salesperson who is diligent, respectful, and customer oriented – Otis Brooks. Mr. Brooks initially found the best price for what we wanted and then went out of his way to quicky correct a shipping error. He followed-up on every aspect of our purchase and helped us deal with the manufacturer’s customer service "AI robot" when it wouldn’t accept our rebate application. For a friendly, honest, no-hassle appliance purchase experience, go to ALBO Mt Holly and ask for Otis!

  Ottis was super helpful. He took his time and showed us multiple refrigerators, even took the time to look up Lowe's and Home Depot, and came down on the price for us!! We didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. We highly recommend Albo in MT. Holly, NJ

  We recently visited the Mt.Holly Albo’s store to purchase a new refrigerator hours after returning home to find that ours had expired, We were fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Mr. Otis Brooks, a gentleman whose knowledge and experience were instrumental in helping us find the right refrigerator to suit our needs. Unfortunately, on delivery day it would not fit through the opening and had to go back to the warehouse. It was late in the day that we made the call to tell Mr. Brooks of our dilemma, close to closing time, but that wonderful man worked diligently to find us another option that was to our liking and would fit into the space available, despite the fact that he should have been heading home instead of sitting there with us! This kind of customer service is rare and we hope Mr. Brooks knows how much we appreciated his help. Thanks to him we just had our new refrigerator delivered and installed without a hitch and after this experience we know for sure that we made the right choice when we walked through that door at Albo ‘s and met Mr.Brooks !

  Otis Brooks says a whole lot of nothing. While everything seemingly went well in-person, the paperwork contradicts it. We made an appliance purchase with extended warranty and the receipt reflects customer declined additional coverage. Called Albo immediately, was told to disregard it because I have the warranty receipt. However, as an owner, it’s imperative to be an honorable human being. Unfortunately, I supported a local business that’s a headache to deal with but take heed to the honest reviews and shop elsewhere. Now I believe all of the retyping and reprinting is a tactic to make the customer so confused, they’d just want to be done and leave.

  My refrigerator needed to be replaced so went to a couple of appliance stores before going to Albo. When I told Otis I was look for a white refrigerator he took the time to discuss that white was going out of style and more expensive than stainless steel and that if I was going to need other appliances in the future I may want to determine what would work in the future. I left and later made the decision to do refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave in white. I did look on line and finally decided to go back to Albo, Otis went over what I wanted and suggested a better dishwasher that had a rebate that would ending up costing me less. If you are looking for new appliances I highly recommend Otis and Albo
