  Amazing customer service and beautiful product! Kristen was very helpful in helping me choose blinds for a patio door Mount Laurel location. The installer Qaadir (Q) was on time, and polite. Q recognized that I had light carpet and asked if he should remove his sneakers which was appreciated. Q did a flawless install.

  Got 2 blinds, one manual for my bathroom & one automatic for my kitchen. The ordering process was easy, price seemed reasonable and the folks who came out for measuring & install were very courteous. I am happy with my purchase

  I had a very poor experience with Blinds To Go. The sales representative was extremely difficult to reach throughout the entire process, which made communication frustrating from the start. I ordered three zebra blinds, and one broke immediately upon installation. It wouldn't retract back into its housing. A replacement was ordered, but the lift bar did not function properly. After being assured that the next set would be thoroughly checked before installation, I was disappointed to find that they were not—and the same issue persisted. Overall, the lack of quality control and poor communication made this a very frustrating experience.
