    I give them a 0 wasn't happy with the sofa it was delivered with tares on it not happy at all when I called they gave me the run around lessened learned that my experience in aarons always been great and professional bur this location in Mt holly no good stay away.

    Isabella is the only knowledgeable and professional person at this store. Regal I might have spelled his name wrong but this guy lied about my last order and said I called and canceled my order so he took MY order and set it up for another customer to buy. Then Justin calls me he doesn’t know anything going on in that store about orders he set my delivery date up just to call me a week later asking if I still wanted my order and what date should they deliver my order.. I was so confused he was talking to me asking over and over what was my order and I said can’t you see in the records why I order already why are you asking me these questions.. so then he sends me order out just for the delivery guys to bring me a dirty filthy couch! I was so angry because why would they even allow the delivery guys to deliver a couch that looks like it’s been in someone’s basement for years. Dirt was all over the cushions the front back. Now I’m hesitant on if I even want to purchase my 2nd couch. Will Regal lie again and say I called and canceled??? At this point I don’t want to deal with Justin or Regal. If I can’t speak to Isabella I will not speak to anyone at that store!!

    I called to get some assistance on payment arrangements and before I was asked how much I can pay then general manager came on the phone , no compassion , no empathy, he brought up last month knowing the craziness of food situation, I’ll be contacting corporate office , worst customer service ever

    Management is very rude,returned a left recliner due to seat cushion not holding up. When they came to pick it up the guys were not experienced in moving furniture the tried gett6it out the door straight up and jamm6it in the door frame causing damage to my door then continued to try getting it down the deck steps the same way causing damage to my vinyl deck. When we call they didn't want to decuss it and became really rude the movers Al's I destroyed the chair in the process, and now they are trying to blame us for the damage. I've done business with them and rent a center before and never had this problem. I am done with Aaron's and will do any future business with rent a center if I need something
