Lowe’s has let me down for the last time. I wanted a Toro Super Recycler Push Mower 21565. You can only order through their online site. They do not carry them in stock at most of the stores according to Lowe’s Mt. Olive, NJ. I ordered the lawn mower. Took two weeks to deliver the mower. FedEx delivered it and the bow was beat up and upside down when I received it. Called Lowe’s and was told it’s not their problem since they didn’t deliver it. Next, after 3 uses, the lawn mower is leaking oil and keeps stalling. I can’t keep it running. Toro’s customer support is horrible. So I called Lowe’s. They told me since it’s been 32 days and not 30 days, they will not help me. I didn’t purchase their extended warranty. So now I have to take my 700 dollar lawn mower to a repair shop. They will have it for 3-4 weeks. I have no lawn mower for most of prime grass cutting season. They had no empathy or care. This company states they care about veterans but not after you purchase their products and out the door. Once you the product, they are done with you. Disgusting how they treat customers. Never again will I shop there. Home Depot here I come for life.

i have had the absolute worst experience with the dishwasher that i bought from this store. I bought a Bosh dishwasher although i could have bought a samsung dishwasher for less than half the price because i know someone who works at samsung. but after all that, the dishwasher stopped working, but the lowes repair company: fixity appliance doesn't want to diagnose it as not working, they keep saying it is working fine so that lowes doesnt refund me. and the dont even pick up my calls. And he i am after 1 year 2 months, still my dishwasher is not working and i have been washing dishes. by had for 2 months. And the mental tourment is insane. Everytime I pick up the phone to call them, my hand shivers. Because they are like a wall, no feels, like robots, their single agenda, is to keep cycling the repair man to keep coming back and trying to repair a broken machine over and over and never give me a refund or exchange. Firstly, Bosch is supposed to be a really good company, why did this store have a defective machine? So, I suggest not buying from this store. And even if you do, never buy their extended warranty. Buy it directly from Bosch. And the store employees here too are not helpful, even if I describe all this they don't have the slightest remorse. And they just transfer me to a different department. And I am screwed even though i bought warranty. I can't even buy a new one, because I already spent so much money on this. OMG I'm crying.

I was interrupted multiple times by someone trying to get me to sign up for a roof inspection.
I am a Lowe's "Pro" and it was pretty obvious that I had a company shirt on. I am there purchasing supplies for a job, not to be bothered by someone telling me I look like a homeowner.
It was a frustrating experience.

Staffs were very helpful. Very friendly. I cud not find the parts that I needed for (toilet seat screws). Had to buy a whole toilet seats setup. But, the store had plenty of other options that I cud work around with.
Always something to learn in every department when u walk into this store.
