I’ve always shopped here since I became a contractor, but this time they wouldn't let me return two wonderboards (cement borders )pieces due to a tiny imperfection.
In fact, many of the parts we buy come like that—not all of them are perfect—but we don't complain, since they aren't visible once covered by ceramic or whatever else. However, when it’s your turn to return them, they get very particular about it, and this time they wouldn't accept this one.

Do not buy appliances here or any other Lowes. I purchased a defective refrigerator and when I called to report it, they sent me to the manufacturer. If something is new, if should work, not need warranty service on day one. After over an hour on the phone, emails to corporate offices, the situation is still not resolved. Save yourself the aggravation. Go to a reputable appliance store that stands behind their products even if you pay a little bit more.
Just an update, 23 days and counting without a working refrigerator. If you do deal with customer service, don't give them a good time to call back because they will only call outside of that window. At least they have not been paid, but that doesn't resolve the issue that I have no food.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
