Customer Service is still King. I’ve spent the last two days at Home Depot trying to figure out a plumbing issue. Fairly limited help from the folks there but when I went to Lowe’s, Elbert really changed everything. He patiently worked with me for about 20 minutes getting me to a solution. Yes it took three pieces to solve the problem but creativity and willingness to persist got us there. Thank you so much for your help!

I just called the local store to find out what time they clased as it is Memorial Day and the website says hours may vary. After getting stuck in a loop with AI who did not understand Memorial Day, i insisted on customer service representative. After numerous attempts, i was finally transfered to a person who said Lowes, please hold. . I was on hold for 10 minutes when i finally just hung up. Trying Home Depot now.

Why is such a large company like Lowe’s completely failing to uphold their price match guarantee? I spent two to three weeks going back and forth comparing quotes for my Pella 250 windows. After receiving a quote, the salesperson promised that if I found a better price elsewhere, they would match it. A few days ago, they confirmed they would. I took a day off work so they could come to my home to measure the glass. And now, after all this, the salesperson Delmy Juliani said they can no longer match it. I am extremely dissatisfied and outraged by this broken promise.
