  We recently switched from another pool company we had used for several years, and East Coast Pools has exceeded all of our expectations. After opening our pool this season, we discovered a leak. East Coast Pools guided us through the entire repair process and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage. Their team has been incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsive every step of the way. Any issues or questions we’ve had were addressed quickly, and their customer service is outstanding. One thing that really stands out is their commitment to returning calls and keeping customers informed—something we’ve found lacking with other companies. We highly recommend East Coast Pools to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused pool company.

  Bill has an immense knowledge of pools from design to finite details of issues that need to be resolved. Because of his expertise he has been instrumental in providing real time solutions that helped save me money and more importantly, peace of mind. East Coast Pools places the customer first...always.   I had an excellent experience with East Coast Pool Designs! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They recently opened my pool and made sure everything was up and running perfectly, taking the time to check every detail so nothing was overlooked. Nick, the co-owner, was especially outstanding. As a new pool owner, I had a lot of questions, and he went above and beyond to walk me through everything I need to know to properly maintain my pool moving forward. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident handling things on my own. What really stood out was their honesty, attention to detail, and fair pricing. It’s not easy to find a company that delivers both high-quality work and great value, but East Coast Pool Designs absolutely does.
