Steeplechase is a first class company. Their service is second to none. I had a sprinkler system installed 4 years ago and it was done in a professional manner and on time. I've also since hired them for Fall aeration, seeding and year round fertilization. Their prices are reasonable, every employee that comes to my house is well trained and they care about the quality of their work. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Extremely rude introductory call. Online booking was completed. Staff called afterward and was told the booking was incorrect and was reprimanded. The appointment was immediately cancelled and will not contact them again. Follow-up: Management called to offer service recovery. They had internal discussions with staff and the call recording. Additional help and service was offered by declined. A very professional response.

They did an amazing job! We had multiple companies come out to fix our sprinkler system, and every one of them told us we would need an entirely new system. This company took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem instead of jumping to the most expensive solution. They found the real issue and saved us thousands of dollars! I'm so grateful and beyond blessed to have found them. Thank you all so much for your honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommended! Being a Steeplechase customer for ~ 20 years, we've noticed a few things: 1. They professionally support their products and services long term. 2. They consistently modernize the products that they sell. 3. They go out of their way to ensure great communication and customer satisfaction. For example: I asked Steeplechase to reconfigured my sprinklers after all the landscape changes over the years, I also asked them if any wi-fi irrigation control systems were available, they updated my old controller with a Hydrawise weather aware remote control system, I asked about lighting and they installed landscape lighting that also works through the Hydrawise remote control! Unfortunately shortly after the lighting install we ran over one of the path lights but Steeplechase immediately came out and replaced the light at no charge, (see the before and after pictures below), fantastic!
