Two acre deep lot with concrete apron. Nine foot double door gains access to a clear lot ready for storage of your trailer, boat PWC, or RV. Two dogs roam property for security. Multiple Lot sizes (9x25, 9x30, 9x40, or greater for additional fee). Ten minutes from freeway (NJTP Exit 8). Lot is in a quiet area of town and very safe. The way you leave it is the way you find it. I don't take keys.
Absolutely No repairs to be done on property.
Again, I'll need to lock up the dogs so please call or text me before arrival or entry.
