  BlindsToGo made my experience a great one. Starting with the sales agent who was informative and help me through every part of the process. Suhani even went the extra mile to call me and ensure that I was ok with the blinds I selected. The team who came out to both measure and install were polite and also answered all of my questions and provided me with information regarding the warranty inclusions and exclusions. Overall great experience from start to finish!

  Blinds to go is a professional organization. Today I had a service call to install back all my 16 blinds after windows replacement when they were removed. LJ was the service tech and he did a thorough job. LJ was so knowledgeable and was able to find a way to install back even though the width to put back the brackets were reduced with new windows. He is always smiling and soft rep who was willing to listen to all our questions and requests and implement the changes. Was totally impressed by his skill set and to do quick fixes to install. I will always use Blinds to go for all my future windows drapery work too.

  PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!! The customer service in this store is very disappointing and uncaring. At the time if sales, the sales person was very quick to make the invoice and once that was done, no matter how many messages I left, Marie never responded. The blinds arrived ( only 6 windows) and two were faulty. Didn’t work. I called her no response. The other sales person tells me I should be pleased that they are fixing the error- really? For $2200 , you send faulty blinds, don’t compensate, no communication with the customer and left them hanging as it held our work in that room on hold. I had to call today really upset, and finally got the message that the blinds are in the store but no one has called me. How are they going to come to me??? So I called the installer, who is the only good person who cared and offered to get it to me soon. And he does not work for Blinds to go. I will never recommend this store to anyone
