I’m in the process of selling my home and I’ll need a place to temporarily store everything . I took a tour of the units available at the Metuchen NJ location . Aziza was very cordial and accommodating . Also , the space looks neat and well kept . I look forward to working with them .

I came in for a quote on the storage spoke to a wonderful lady. Amazing service from Aziza today. She took her time to give us a tour of the different storage units they had available. She is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. I was with Extra Space for nearly two years. After the initial promotional pricing expired my rent nearly doubled. I looked to downsized but asked and was offered a lower rate to stay in my existing unit explaining that I had a plan to vacate all together within a month. As different aspects of life began to become increasingly unaffordable (rent/electricity/insurance/food/gas etc) I found myself unable to vacate as originally planned. I eventually downsized to a smaller unit and eventually the rent nearly doubled again. I negotiated another rate reduction at which time Alorda, the manager said to me “Remember when you only need one more month.” I felt this comment was inappropriate. I was paying my rent on time and felt I was a good tenant. I have since vacated completely and moved to another company. I’m a paying customer not a friend, don’t make me feel less than for attempting to better my finances in a time that everything is becoming increasingly unmanageable.
