  Working with Lisa and the manager Shalan on things was great but the day of installation the worker was supposed to to be at the resident at 8:00 am and at 9:10am I recieved a call telling me they wasn’t coming and it will be a week to set up an appointment cause the product went to another store far from Edison NJ… so it will be over 2 weeks of delays before me as the customer will get the product and installation would occur

Also the human qualities of the staff, 🔝 I had the opportunity to be attended by Mrs. Lisa Defrank which is bilingual English - Spanish. What a professional and pleasant lady! I congratulate her on your excellent work.
