  Our salesperson, Kathleen, was so nice and helpful! Greeted us at the door, and spent a lot of time helping us pick out a mattress and bed, without being pushy. Haven't received the stuff yet, but we were very pleased with our encounter at the store. Hopefully, delivery and set up will go as smoothly.

  I went into the store looking for some furniture and I had a wonderful experience Kathleen was great ..she knew her product and she was patient..I would definitely go back to her again and I will recommend this store to all my friends and family who's looking to buy my experience at this store was awesome thanks Kathleen your the best keep up the good work

  My husband and I went to this location looking for a new reclining couch. We were warmly greeted by Rich who was not pushy and very helpful! We found a couch we loved and it was delivered only 3 days later! Delivery people were nice, but working with Rich was the best part of our experience! Highly recommend this location for any furniture needs.

  Rich provided phenomenal service and support. As new parents perusing furniture options with a 4 month old, Rich was helpful, humorous, and guided us toward options that were suitable for our family's needs. He helped us find an affordable and stylish couch and recliner, while keeping in mind my preferred feature of additional storage. He also showed us a wonderful coffee table with seating included underneath. He was patient, attentive and kind. Thank you for making our family feel heard, seen, and cared for!

  2 stars. The sales experience was good, but the delivery experience was extremely frustrating and is the reason I will not shop here again. My original delivery went smoothly until the drivers arrived and informed me they were missing hardware for one twin bed and the slats for my queen bed, so a second delivery had to be scheduled. I specifically explained that I needed to coordinate the return delivery because getting to the apartment requires significant travel. I was told someone would call me. No one did. Instead, on Sunday, August 9, I received a text at 11:03 a.m. saying the driver was already on the route, with an estimated arrival around 12:15 p.m. There had been no prior scheduling call or delivery window. I immediately started driving there with my children, but when the driver called around 12:10, I explained I would arrive around 12:30 and was told they could not wait and I would have to reschedule. Trying to get help afterward was just as frustrating. I went through three separate online chats, had to repeat my information and the entire situation multiple times, and the first two chats ended without resolution. The third representative finally told me the drivers had already left the area and I would need to reschedule again. What is most frustrating is that all of this could have been avoided with basic communication. The second delivery was only necessary because the original delivery was incomplete, yet I am the one who has had to rearrange my schedule, waste hours driving, spend additional money on gas, and now make another trip. The sales staff were great, but the delivery coordination and customer service afterward were unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from Raymour & Flanigan again.
