  We had such a great experience shopping here. Furniture shopping can honestly feel overwhelming, but Ben Moore made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. He really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped guide us without ever making us feel pressured. His design expertise helped us finally make a decision, and he suggested ideas we never would have thought of on our own that ended up being exactly what we wanted. On top of that, the prices were great, which made the experience even better. You can tell Ben genuinely cares about helping people create a space they love. We left feeling excited and confident about our purchase, and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

  Shawn Reynolds was AMAZING! We were in a jam and in need of a mattress same day. He pulled some strings and got us EXACTLY what we wanted! I will come back to this store and see him every time I need something from now on. Everyone else here is super friendly and helpful as well, but Shawn tops the cake! 100% RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!

  The Ray & Flan associate, Bettyann, immediately greeted me at the entrance with a professional and personable disposition. What I enjoyed most about our interaction was that she did not hover, but allowed me space to make a decision before I asked questions. However, once I asked questions, she peformed with the knowledge and confidence that she was able to satisfy my furniture needs and wants. Her patience and customer awareness made my shopping experience comfortable and successful. Thank you Bettyann!

  Went here today and bought a couch. This was our second time purchasing a couch/sectional from here. Kathleen was very attentive and helped us find the perfect one. We have two great danes, and were a little unsure which direction we should have gone. She explained each material to us, and which would work best for our dogs. So, we took quite a bit of her time up today, which we appreciated. Overall, the experience was great!

  The sales person was very nice but whoever coordinates their delivery should be replaced!! We were told delivery was between 10:30-12:30 and we rushed to get to the house the furniture was being delivered to got everything prepared and then we sat there for 5 hours we didn’t get delivery until 2:30 I can understand being a half hour behind but 2 hours when I called to talk to a manager of course no one was available and so I asked to have someone call me back and it been 2 days and still no phone call. Last time with this R&F!!!!
