The staff listened to my needs and helped this incredibly picky shopper figure it all out. The girl (Susan I think) was very patient with me and in the end the whole family loves the couch. I would recommend Marlton Lovesac to anyone looking for furniture.

All the employees would not let me speak one word, I felt attacked for trying to say what I want. Each time I wanted it a specific way, they kept trying to change it into a something else. All the employees kept talking and it felt very overwhelming. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. I tried my best to stay calm, but it hurt me to see how unprofessional everything was.
