  Wouldn’t do business with royal irrigation - Royal irrigation is also the same company as metro irrigation and wetscape irrigation all under the same company. To start off I called in for service once and spoke with Helen who had a horrible attitude with me over the phone I asked for a specific time window for my appointment Helen never noted my account. Then I heard a older man’s voice in the background telling her to quote “hang the phone up on me” I later identified as that person to be the owner “Ed” when I called back in for service a younger man answered the phone ionis I believe was his name and he was beyond polite and professional to me however when I was on the phone explaining my situation to Ionis once again I heard “Ed” screaming in the background was heard yelling he bearting another officer employee from what it sounded like he called someone on his staff team “useless” Ed could learn a thing or two about being a decent human being and not disrespecting his customers and employees and not treating people like garbage. And could learn a thing or two about how to properly run a business and treat his customers. I can’t imagine how a place like this stays in Business when the customer experience was horrible and hearing how the owner acts as well as the poor customer service given by his employees. I understand that a certain time window isn’t a guarantee but when I book an appointment a month in advance I don’t think there is really any excuse why my accommodation couldn’t have been made. I found another irrigation service provider and will never call this company for service again ever!

  The entire experience was good. I had my system change from analog to digital and they were extremely efficient, informative, and great while they were here the technician Armando figured out where a leak was coming from and solve the problem that’s been bothering me all summer overall the entire experience and work they did here was a plus I’d recommend them over again. I’m very happy with their service.

  Jose was great ! He was very meticulous and thorough. He did a great job replacing some leaking lines and explained everything throughout the whole process!

  I want to recognize Technician Michael Dangler for providing exemplary customer service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He was very thorough throughout the entire service process and took the time to explain each step he was performing. What stood out most was his willingness to clearly explain all of his findings regarding my system. He made sure I understood the condition of the equipment, answered all of my questions with patience, and provided honest, detailed recommendations without making me feel pressured. Michael's attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction made this an outstanding service experience. He is a tremendous asset to your company, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service.
