Great service received from Jose today! He arrived on time, was very friendly, accommodating and informative. My system was opened for the season and I had several sprinkler heads replaced and a new Smart Control system installed, everything was done efficiently and pricing was very fair.

Paul came on time ! As a new Sprinkler system owner I had a lot of Questions for Paul . He answered all my questions and even showed me how to use the system clock . I really appreciated his expertise and patience in answering all my questions! I'm hoping to get Paul when it comes time to have my lines blown out for the winter. Thank you also to the girls answering the phones Jenny and the other girl who were very accommodating to my work schedule!

This company purchased the company that Winterized my sprinkler system this past fall. I had no issues when my system was shut down. They came to do the spring start up and upon start up they discovered a pipe broke in one of my zones. Clearly from improper winterization the pipe broke and this new company is assuming no liability to fix the pipe. The technician John Curley was rude to my wife and forced here to pay cash even though their website says they take Venmo and Zelle. We paid $150 and the technician didn’t provide my wife change when the bill was $141. I called the office and I’m being told they can’t give me my change back without the authorization of the owner.
Their prices are high and the customer service is below par. I wouldnt recommend.

I will address the Spring turn on service which I think can also tie into the winterization that WetScape also performed last November. I called to schedule the turn on service and address a PVC pipe/hose spigot that is part of the sprinkler system. I called to let WetScape know that the PVC was cracked in a couple of places just above the ground and water appeared to still be in the line. The winterization of that line was not done properly so we ended up with water freezing in the line Wetscape agreed to assess and fix. The rep. came out and said he would fix it after getting supplies but would turn on the sprinkler system in the meantime When I showed him the sprinkler overflow valve area he questioned me why the cap was on. He asked if I did that. I did not. I had nothing to do with the winterization. I am also aware that every season that it is winterized, the cap is removed and left in the control box. After turning on the system I was told I had a leak in a line below the ground in one spot and 8 sprinkler heads need replacement. I found that very strange considering I have never had any issues last season. All of this being said, I cannot prove this was the fault of winterization by WetScape. However, I can say that I have never had these issues before. This, coupled with the garden hose line I find odd. I paid the 1100 dollars to replace the damaged items. The rep. returned later in the day and fixed the PVC hose spigot. I did not see him while he did it. When I went to the hose to turn it on there was no water. The line was not turned on. This would mean it was not leak tested. This is a job not complete. I went to look at turning the valve on myself but the cap. is leaking and appears to be cracked. I called in to have him return and finish the job. That is where this is at. I do not expect pay this much to have to evaluate and do part of the job myself. I am not even sure all of the new heads that were replaced have been tested and evaluated to see if they are spraying where they should be. I can almost guarantee they were not since the sprinklers never came on after the replacement This kind of experience today definitely leaves doubts that the winterization was done properly either. We are now left paying the cost for what I would can a sub standard job at best. Insult to injury, the spigot leaks. Wetscape installed our system many years ago. I do not believe this is the same company we experienced back then and will chose another from this point on. I would not recommend Wetscape in the future to anyone. Sincerely Stephen Sabato
