- MBMalice BMay 8, 20265.0Walked in there today with a list of mats to build yet another snake enclosure. There was a roll of vinyl flooring on the rack that was perfect! But there was no SKU number anywhere. The young man working in flooring tried his best to find one but it just didn't exist so he couldn't sell it to me. I went to ask management if there was a way to sell me a piece for my project anyway and that lady was incredibly rude, couldn't be bothered, and sent me back to the young man in flooring. He came up with a solution and cut me my piece. He was super helpful and very sweet even tho I felt like I was being annoying. Wish I could remember his name because he deserves all the praise! Occasionally at these massive retail stores you find an employee who helps make your day. This young man made mine. His manager could learn a little something about customer service from him.
- RRRobApr 13, 20261.0To the skinny squidward girl who thinks she is sneaky security at this store, we see you, my brother and I have been followed by her at least 3 times that we have been there. It is very upsetting and I don't want to go there but it does feel like we get followed for shopping while black. Had our mom video her following us last time. If it happens again we are going to the manager and showing the video. I get you have to do your job, just feels like we are being followed because of our skin color. Maybe a little additional training is needed. Not sure if anyone else has had the same experience, if you did, then say something, we will next time for sure, and that will be the last time we go to that store, never felt that way at any other Lowes.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
