You can certainly describe what happened from your perspective, but it's best to avoid exaggeration and stick to what you personally experienced.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Daemion in the tile department at Lowe's. I'm a contractor who spends over $300,000 a year with Lowe's, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
When I asked for help getting a pallet dropped, Daemion was rude and disrespectful. Instead of trying to assist or provide any reasonable customer service, he told me it would be about an hour before he could help me. During that time, I watched him standing around and using his personal phone instead of helping customers.
There was no sense of urgency, no professionalism, and no respect for my time. Contractors depend on efficient service to keep jobs moving, and being treated this way is unacceptable.
Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and moving my purchases to Home Depot. I also plan to encourage my employees to do the same. Lowe's management should address the level of customer service being provided in this department before they lose more contractor business.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the Lowe’s Maple Shade return desk. I had a brand new power tool that I needed returned for store credit instead of having the refund sent back to the original card. This is clearly allowed within the return window and is even stated in Lowe’s policy.
The employee working the return desk told me Lowe’s “stopped doing store credit refunds at the beginning of this year,” which was completely false. Instead of helping, they wasted my time and gave me incorrect information because it honestly felt like they just didn’t want to deal with it.
After leaving, I called corporate directly and was told immediately that yes, customers absolutely can choose store credit instead of the refund going back to the original card. That means the Maple Shade employees either were not properly trained or knowingly gave false information.
I then went to the Voorhees location, and while the manager initially didn’t want to process it, once I mentioned I had already spoken with corporate, he completed the return onto a gift card without any issue. I appreciate that he eventually helped resolve it.
What frustrates me most is that I wasted nearly two hours after already working all day because employees at the Maple Shade location refused to follow company policy and gave inaccurate information. Lowe’s needs to properly train the employees working the return desk so customers aren’t sent in circles over something that should be straightforward

Stopped in to Maple Shade Lowe's yesterday and a asked a question in the paint department. Eric and Barry went above and beyond to make sure I understood product knowledge and expectations. Eric even grabbed me a cart, so I didn't have to hold my stuff while in line. Just when you think customer service is a thing of the past, these two go above and beyond. Five stars!
