I have been at this ExtraSpace on Rt 73 pretty much since it opened and have had and continue to rent multiple units. I have had varied sizes from as small as 5x5, which can hold far more than you realize to 10x15, which is my personal favorite, and in the past even larger units.
I was extremely happy when Ryan came on as the manager at this ExtraSpace as I had positive dealings working with him at another property. Ryan and the other manager Cindy continually provide a very positive experience for renters at ExtraSpace. Both of them go out of their way to assist tenants with any needs from the onset of renting, during the time tenants are storing their belongings and when renters chose to move out. They prioritize providing a clean and safe environment and I have to say, I love that there is a bathroom accessible even when the office is closed. Personally, any time I have had a problem, I have been able to speak with either one of the managers and they listen to what I have to say. They keep the tenants updated by posting signs if there is something that is being repaired or if there is something else that needs to be addressed.
I can honestly say from experience at other storage facilities, some positive, some negative, that having great managers at a storage facility is key to having a positive storing experience. I am very thankful both Ryan and Cindy take pride in their jobs and the property, because it truly makes for a better storing experience for us all.

The sales representatives was very friendly and helpful. The cost is better than most. The facility is very clean. I just started using this sight on art 73n and so far I am very happy with my decision.
