  We went to so many furniture stores and Glenn Heins in the Manalapan store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is very good at being present but not pushy. He was super friendly and honest with his advice. This location has good selection and reasonable prices. Highly recommend stopping by there if you need furniture.

  I had an excellent experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Route 9 South location in Manalapan, NJ, and a huge part of that was because of Glenn H. Glenn was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right furniture rather than simply trying to make a sale. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained our options clearly, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was Glenn’s customer service. He was attentive without being pushy, listened to what we were looking for, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely comfortable with our purchase. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly cares about his customers. People often remember a great product, but they really remember a great salesperson—and Glenn definitely made this a five-star experience.

  Dave Cerreta was a very patient, thoughtful and kind to work with. My elderly Aunt was nervous about the process. There was no pressure and we appreciated that! She bought a new mattress, mattress cover and pillow. The previous mattress was 30 years old!

  My visit to the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Manalapan was a very positive one. Glenn, was the representative who assisted us on our shopping journey. He allowed us the space to explore the store and let us know that he was available should we have any questions. We appreciated this flexibility as opposed to being hounded for a sale, which is the typical protocol in other furniture retail venues. Glenn was just superb. He answered all our questions, provided us with solutions to issues with what we needed in the space we had and gave us his undivided attention making us feel like valued customers. We got everything and exactly what we needed with a short delivery timeframe at a reasonable price. What more could you ask? Thank you Glenn, and thank you Raymour & Flanagan. We appreciate you.

  I can’t thank our sales person Glen enough he was courteous, Professional and just an all-around great human being. I had went in looking for a recliner since my husband is having surgery for shoulder injury and needed a place where he would be comfortable for recovery and while waiting for surgery because he is in a lot pain. Glenn went above and beyond to get this recliner to me as soon as possible, even though there were none in stock he found one and their warehouse in Pennsylvania and was able to ship it to me in two days what a big difference it made in my husband‘s life being able to sit and recline properly.
