We spent $1000 on a new dishwasher and had it scheduled for today. They provided no update and no one called us, but they kept changing the delivery window. Yet we waited around all day for them to come disrupting our plans. We FINALLY spoke to someone after waiting over 30 minutes on hold twice and otherwise hearing NOTHING from them all day and turns out they aren’t coming at all. This is HORRIBLE service and a business we will never return to. If you have installation scheduled, at the VERY least, they could call and explain any inability to follow through with the scheduled plan versus telling us nothing and not coming. Incredibly unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable.

Delivery service is awful I’m missing the back grate of the refrigerator drivers were rude not helpful did not hook up my new refrigerator at which they could have put it in a different area and install it because not ice maker water line is involved they did not and it’s their job but couldn’t be bothered I did call the store manager he made excuses for them and himself he just was defensive over them and himself never once apologized. Do yourself a favor do not buy any appliances from big corporations like this one they do not care about the customers they offer no help or solutions just pass the problem to someone else and it doesn’t get resolved the communication between the management and drivers is non existent zero accountability is taken. Next I will buy from a small business anchor appliance at least they care and value each customer and install and fix appliances they do what they say and prove it Lowe’s values no customer it’s just a greedy machine with no integrity. And anyone else feel free to post your awful experiences with this store I’m sure I’m not the first and won’t be last because they do nothing to fix the problem or find a solution when you call you are met with a robotic answering system that doesn’t get you to a human for awhile and when you get a human especially a manager he just aloof and maybe be a manager is not the title he should because he’s not actually managing delegating problem solving or doing anything a manager is there for .

I went into the store on June 1st and purchased a new toilet with the Lowe’s installation services. I received a call and a scheduled appointment for today between 9AM to 12PM. I have spoken to the customer service team in the store and the installation services team three times today. No one can help me or give me any assistance in getting the service I purchased completely. They have no answers for me and I have will never 👎 do business with the company again. I can’t imagine how they could operate in this market and keep any customers.
