    Buyer beware - terrible customer service and poor quality. We ordered a custom door for over $3000 that took several weeks to come in. The Lowe’s installer brought the door and unboxed it at our house to install. When he unboxed the door he found damage (chipped door, scratched and damaged molding). He took the door back to the store and we were advised by Lowe’s team that a replacement order would be a priority. A week later someone from Lowe’s called and said the replacement wasn’t ordered yet and there was some confusion about the door. I can’t imagine what the confusion would be since it was all handled by their in house installer. Another week later we are still waiting for a call back from a Manager all while over $3000 has been paid in full, we have no door and no communication about the replacement. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

    Will never bring our business to Lowe’s ever again. Their returns are frustrating and extremely suspicious. My husband has solely used his debit card for every transaction for our bathroom Reno. How does ONE purchase come up for his debit card on their POS system, which was the cheapest product of the bunch of course, and nothing else. If you make returns this difficult, then it is not worth buying products from here bc returns are not guaranteed unless you have a receipt. if you’re like us and did a total gut renovation where you might have several returns and can’t find receipts, then you’re SOL.

    Outstanding customer service from Cheryl! She approached me with a smile and helped me with the purchase of a lawn mower. She had answered my questions all with such a great attitude! You have a great employee in Cheryl!

    This store is horrible! Our business ordered a vanity for ladies room and were told to expect it for pick up on April 17th. We called during that week and always told can’t seem to track it but expect it on 4/17. That day came and went. Still no one can say where it is or where it’s even coming from. They have a store # but associates at desk don’t know where that store is located. And it’s very rude to chew gum loudly over the telephone! I found where the location is and it’s a regional distribution center and their manager never answers the phone. I called back to this store asking for a manager and I was on hold numerous times and no manager ever picked up! Such awful customer service. Especially when it’s a business that is purchasing a product! Our company will never use Lowe’s again!
