If you want a property manager that has compassion for his customers, Tom is your guy he saw that there was no way that I was going to get out of the situation, but God made a way and Tom was part of that way and the time that he gave me and worked with me to be able to get my stuff out of storage. He’s Great manager and even a greater human being👍🏾👍🏾

This is my first experience renting a storage unit, and I’m so glad I chose Extra Space Storage in Magnolia!
The manager Tom made the entire process seamless. He answered all of my questions, was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with everything.
The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and secure, which was really important to me. From my first interaction with Tom to getting everything moved in, the experience has been excellent.
I definitely feel like I made the right choice and would highly recommend this location!

Robert was such a pleasant welcome to my new unit yesterday. He showed me everything I needed to know to get right to my unit. Love the added music by the way, it makes it so much less eerie to be there! ^_^

We rented a personal space about a year ago and were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the storage: clean, secure, good staff, especially Tom the manager..
So now we decided to rent a space for our business inventory. Tom listened to our needs, made a few suggestions about sizes, accessibility and location and .... boom! Very happy with our business storage! Tom definitely knows his stuff, and he CARES about his customers!

The lady that I had talk to was very nice on the phone. They only thing I really don't like is that we have to get insurance for our unit. She requires everyone to get insurance which is fine,but hard when you're a single mom and on a budget. Also, you can't use your own lock, she has special locks for all her units. She did say, if my lock fits, that I'm more than welcome to use it. Because that's another fee to have a lock 🔐. But, overall, they are the cheapest one around. We'll see how it goes. I move in on Saturday.
