My order was delayed, went to the store to inquire. Found out the order was there but because it was in 3 different boxes no one could figure it out. Finally get the doors I ordered. What junk. Never again. I’m done with Lowe’s and Home Depot, they both sell junk.

Curb side pick up has a bunch of lazy kids I waited 40 minutes for them to respond then they watched a 65 year old man unload bags of concrete onto a pickup truck in 105 heat
because I had no way to get rid of the pallet so when I told them the kid told me I had to load it my self as he sat in the fork lift and the flag man leaned on it also
1 guy did come over to help but the fork lift driver and flag man were disrespectful and lazy

I have been standing here ONE HOUR trying to do a simple Primo water bottle exchange! A bunch of lazy people standing around not helping. Lack of delegation. This is crazy! The woman manager at customer service is new and has a major attitude problem! Unacceptable. It was like pulling teeth with the miscommunication trying to figure out what is going on. They told me there was some kind of blockage in the back. I will have to reschedule my appointment.

My parents filled out the survey to win the $500. They received notification that they had won. Upon arriving arriving to the store to visit their prize they were ordered to call a ‘1-800’ number. Took photos at the store like they won a grand prize etc. After many attempts to claim their prize the hotline doesn’t even answer customers. They went in to store to follow up on claiming and the employee stated they had to call the number one the receipt. It was total bullshit, they lied to promote their $500 scheme. Don’t do no surveys or if you do give them 0 stars you will not get $500. Total scam losers.

Let's start off my review has nothing to do with the associates of the store, other then the front desk, lost prevention Amos and crew , and the Manager ( Tom ) atleast that's what I was told by the front desk. I apologize for any T.M.I in this post but its needed. On May 11th as I rode the burlink bus from my home to the Shoprite, as my intent was to Check the flowers at Lowes then walk down to Shoprite. While in the garden center I needed to go the bathroom, and it had that urgent feeling. Now I get I'm power walking towards the bathroom with a bag full of reusable grocery bags. As I go down the isle the restroom is i see its blocked off , so I spin off and go to the next and rush to the restroom. While seated and doing my business , I hear a man with a accent ask me if I'm ok. As I replied I'm ok , I thought that's odd, and soon found out why. As I left Amos and his crew waited and approached me with aggression, that if was outside I would have thought I was getting jumped and robbed. Amos made dump my bags in public of the store and found nothing. And when I complained at the front desk , he laughed at me. Tom the manager was not there according to staff, and after numerous calls he never returned to me . Now the front desk hangs up when. I call. This store is unprofessional,and its condoned by management I've taken this to corporate. And if need be a lawyer. Heads need to roll and compensate me for the embarrassment I received by the unprofessional lost prevention staff lead by Amos . I'm a 62 year man father of 5 , grandpa of 10 .Lowes doesn't own anything that i value so much , that I'd resort to stealing. And the fact management of this store, thinks they can sweep it under the rug is ridiculous, they violated me on levels, just like Ice grabbing innocent people. Karma will be served I've got time .
