  I should have known better once I saw Paul pull up with 6 guys for a diagnostic call. His crew spent a good 20-30 minutes on the roof. Tells me that there is a family of racoons living inside one of our rooftop units, and that they broke 8 screens. Initially quoted me 4,500$ but after very minimal pushback, dropped down to 3,200 to just install the same kind of screen that we already have. I went up on the roof to find only 2 screens ripped( very conveniently on the same screen for both units, in the same corner of the screen) with absolutely no evidence of animals living inside the units. I immediately asked them to get off the roof as if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. I paid the 175$ diagnostic fee for this guy and his crew to come out here to just walk on the roof for 20-30 minutes and then tell me that there is a family of racoons living in a rooftop unit with no evidence of such. This company is not trustworthy, bad business on their part as I manage 10 plus properties and they could've turned this into an ongoing business relation.

  Just contacted them to get an estimate. Was informed it would be $95 to come out for inspection and that he could do it this Monday. Fair on both price and time. I said I was just calling to get an estimate and was interrupted, "I can't give you an estimate unless I see it". To which I responded, "I understand. Not a problem. I am in the process of getting quotes from vendors. . ." which is when he hung up on me lol. No idea if their service is any good because they hung up on a potential customer. Rude, lol. If I could, I'd give zero stars.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired them in October for groundhog removal and was assured it was not too late in the season to address the problem. Their solution was to drop off two baited cages and then disappear. I received no follow-up, no updates, and no results. The entire winter passed without any communication. When groundhog season returned and the animals came back, I contacted the company for support. They came to my property (unannounced and I was unaware they were on my property), picked up the cages, and left. Since then, I have repeatedly called and left messages, but no one has responded. I paid $580 for groundhog removal services. For that money, the company showed up twice: once to drop off the cages and once to pick them up. There was no meaningful service, no follow-through, and no customer support. I feel completely ripped off and extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I have ground hogs and they charged $500. They came to use two sticks of poison that cost $30 for box of 4 from amazon. They set up trap for one month and caught nothing, even though I saw at least 2 groundhogs a day. They said I had rats that why they couldn't catch groundhogs. the wanted to charge $450 to eliminate rats, but when I ask for proof of rats they said they couldn't trap them. They avoided my call until I used someelse's phone. I have to take them to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
