- KCKyle CutlipSep 9, 20265.0These guys are absolute studs. I really like the staff. I come home to a clean pool every single time . The Repair guys are are spot on and professional with a hint of “regular people.” Easy and nice to talk to I’ve had their services for about five years now and it’s just time I say something I guess. You can tell the owner really cares about his people . It reflects . These guys are great. well worth it.
- SMSue MurphySep 4, 20261.0I wish there were negative stars!! I can not stand this company!! This is definitely our last year using them!! Every year when they close our pool, they leave pieces laying out, they lost pieces of our ladder rails because they just don’t care!! They sit outside in the truck for 30 minutes or more and then spend less than 5 minutes cleaning the pool! God forbid you call them for anything at all, they are rude! I don’t know how they stay on business with all the negative reviews!!
- BDBeth DunnJul 1, 20265.0Responsive, helpful & efficient. Our pool heater wasn't working. Coastal scheduled us for service and it was repaired the same day at a fair price. I highly recommend Coastal Pools & Spas!
- JTJH ToxicJun 24, 20265.0Two words. Absolutely incredible. Me and my family were in a massive pickle to get our pool operational for the season because our system not only old but it was ravaged due to the severe winter weather among other factors. Apart of me was beginning to lose hope that we would never get it open. However, Coastal Pools like the Supermen they were came to the rescue. They repaired all the damage in just the span of three hours and unlike other companies they actually came on time and did the work accordingly. No fuss, no complaints, no whining they just got it done. They earned every last dollar. Words can’t describe how eternally grateful we are for their work and we hope to continue a professional relationship with them in the future. From the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my family thank you Coastal Pools.
